J&D Heating, Cooling, & Water

Andy was great when he came out and we love using J & D Hearing, Cooling, & Water. They are always responsive and professional. Very transparent when it comes to any issues and they provide clear solutions. We are excited about our new air scrubber as well!

Kenny was on time, and super considerate of us and our home. He was on time and efficient with today's maintenance, and also scheduled a same day install to replace our 18-year-old water heater. The guys did a great job, and in 2 hours, we had a new, high-quality tank! Thanks!

Kenny explained about the furnace service to be performed. My only concern is that the air filter for funace was not supplied. He explained that the filter is on back order and should be in by EOM. I am to call office in about a week for update unless filter has arrived. Thank you for the service request and I am looking forward to continuing this relationship in the future.

Both of my experiences with J&D Heating have been wonderful. This most recent furnace tune-up was scheduled because my furnace was leaking water (always a scary thing!). Adam quickly identified the problem and fixed the issue. He was great at explaining things in clear, concise ways to someone who doesn't know the first thing about how high-efficiency furnaces work, and he walked me through the things to keep an eye on that didn't necessarily need to be dealt with yet. I really appreciated the heads up without feeling pressured to act immediately. He was warm, kind, and friendly. I look forward to calling J&D again.
