Only company in the valley that would come out same day to help me. They made me and my family a priority. With the triple digit heat outside they came and set up a courtesy air conditioning unit to help cool out house until the next day when they would do the new air conditioner instal. Jimmy and Andrew were extremely competent and professional. They were kind and courteous throughout the whole install and took the time to talk with me and educate me on the process and how the system worked. Thank you Jimmy and Andrew for all your hard work and working late to get the job done.

I could not be more satisfied with the service provided by J & D. Stephanie who booked my appointment was friendly and efficient. Garrett the technician was very mannerly and he listened and addressed my concerns. He did an excellent job of explaining the services provided and the benefits of the special contracts offered by J & D. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future. A plus from start to finish.

Have had this service for years. Maintenance every year by very nice employees. This year had to install a new air conditioner. I talked with Noah first and he had Adam come to my house to talk about what would be involved and several ways I could go. Ryan and Kane did the installing All great people that care about you. Even helped me with a couple of small things I needed done. You can't go wrong with J&D Heating and Cooling.

We called J&D when our ac wasn’t keeping our house cool. Adam came out the next day and diagnosed the problem and gave us all our options. We decided to have a new system installed and Ayden Drew and Jimmy came out within a week of the original call to install the new system. Levi came out the next day to make sure everything was working as it should. I am very impressed with the level and of professionalism of everyone we have worked with. I highly recommend J&D heating and cooling.

Great service, as usual. Jens was on time, communicated his findings clearly and answered all my questions. J&D is the best.

Our furnace is having issues, and through a series of inspections we have been impressed by the thoroughness of the team at J&D. They were willing to come out a second time after we got "alternate facts" from another company, and showed us first-hand what they found. I cannot give them full stars, as the furnace problems are as of this writing unresolved, but I am impressed at the customer service and their willingness to back their work.
