Kenny checked the entire system, reported to me about some wear occurring in the system and offered a solution. He also gave me instruction about operating the system that will prevent wear and allow me to fully use the filtering unit attached to the system. I appreciate his service and advice very much.
J&D replaced our furnace and A/C unit a year or so ago and now does regular maintenance calls to make sure it's working well. Every technician that has come to our house has been professional and clear about what they're doing. Highly recommend!

They were able to do complete removal and installation of AC and heating systems in one day. Kane an Bradon were awesome. They were very informed of entire systems. I commend them both and highly recommend them.
I had them come out to fix my furnace as the fan wasn't working. I knew the problem was the starter capacitor for the blower motor needed replacing because the blower wouldn't start. They starting taking the furnace apart and then claimed that the heat exchanger was cracked and they couldn't fix the furnace and I needed a new one. I asked to be shown the problem and the tech couldn't show me where the crack was. I called another service repair the next day and they fixed the furnace without issue and no, THERE WAS NO CRACKED HEAT EXCHANGER!!!! I asked that I never again receive J&D fliers and I still get them hence the review. i would never ever call this company for anything.
I did call again based your suggestion and I am now off the mailing list again. Thank you for the response however I will not use your services again no can I recommend anyone to use your services.

Andy came and reset my furnace after a massive electrical blowout in the neighborhood yesterday. He is so friendly and good at making me feel there was no reason to feel anxious anymore. He is a great employee.
