I want to thank Rubin for keeping his word to fix or replace our system when within the first year it completely failed. Rubin spent hours working with the manufacturer trying to diagnose the problem and ultimately getting it fixed, which included all new fittings in the attic and a new compressor. We appreciate his determination to resolve the system failure. He took complete responsibility for insuring we had a great system and that it met our expectations.

Rubin did a great job in a bad situation! Our AC went out Friday and he was out Sunday to diagnose and had it fixed Monday. He was professional even when I was super upset! Thank you Rubin we appreciate you!
