Carlon Hearing and Air are fantastic! They were prompt in coming over to give me an estimate, they are polite, and they go out of their way to make appointments that work best with my crazy schedule. I would highly recommend their services to anyone with heating/cooling needs!

They communicate with you so you know what they are doing, when they will be there, who will be there (with a picture)what you need done and approximately what the cost will be for what you need done. They were able to send a technician same day, lucky for me they had a cancelation. Technician arrived when they stated. He was nice and very knowledgeable. Took time to explain to me what was going on with our system and provided a quote on site for the fix. Reasonable diagnostic fee. Will for sure use them again.

Crew of four (including owner) here from 8:30 am 'til 8:00 pm, installed a new heat pump, furnace, & tstat. Very professional, talked me through each step. New system is wonderful. P S it was15 to 20 degrees outside all day !

We had these guys come in and add a system to our 1910 remodel. They did an amazing job and walked us through the options with pros and cons of the split and a duct system. We ended up going with a mini split and the only issue we had was an inspection fail because the requirements changed mid construction and they were out to fix it timely. Communication was great. Thanks again, sorry it took me 18 months.

Carlon Heating and Air is always prompt. I called in the morning and they were here within a few hours. They are always helpful and will discuss the situation with you honestly before doing anything. I appreciate them and will always use their services.

My wife was just diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer and our air conditioner went out. The guys at Carlon came out on a Monday night and got us fixed fast! Talk about amazing customer service, I'll never go anywhere else again. A/C or heater down, call Carlon, don't worry about looking anywhere else, these guys are knowledgeable and great!

I am a long time resident of Nampa, my last furnace/AC was installed by Carlon when under different management, & it lasted 24 years. These guys have been very conscientious in their work, keeping me informed of their progress. Their manufacturer was a little slow on some major components, but when they were here, they installed the system nicely, having to retrofit some tight areas. They have a great warranty on the system. They were pleasant to work with & helpful w/our questions. They are serious about making things right, if there are issues.

It's never a good thing when your furnace dies as the coldest part of winter is just beginning! But that's how our Christmas was going to be, a very cold and unbearable holiday...until we called Carlon Heating & Air! They came out the very next morning, were thorough in their assessment and explanation of the issues, and bent over backwards to make sure we were as comfortable as possible until they could custom order and install a new unit. This morning was 18 degrees when I left for work and we almost spent the night in a hotel. But I arrived home to find Will and Rick had almost finished installing our new furnace and soon felt the winter chill leave our home. These men were so kind, knowledgeable, and tireless in their efforts to get it right. Thank you to all the Carlon team! We look forward to many years of service and association with you!
