The good: Very friendly. Got a tech out the same day. The tech seemed to be knowledgable.

The ugly: The price. They just charged me more than double what another company quoted me yesterday for the exact same work. I did some research of my own after the tech left. The high side of a motor replacement is $600.00. Carlon was waaaay above that.

If you are willing to pay a premium. Use Carlon. I would definitely get a second opinion. I do know that these techs have some leeway in what they charge. Hopefully I wasn't overcharged because they knew I was desperate to get the AC back up and going.

Carlon was so quick to respond to my loss of heat. The technician was quick to diagnose the issue and suggest repairs. I was given a repair option or replacement option due to my system being ancient. The tech was not pushy and I was comfortable with him being in my house. After choosing a replacement option, they gave us space heaters to use until the unit could be ordered and installed. They stayed until the kic was done, despite the late hour due to some old wiring issues. The installers were super friendly and went over everything with me when they were done. They left their work area spotless and did an incredible job on the install. From the front office, to the sales tech, to the installers, the whole experience was amazing. They have a great group of people that provide excellent customer service. Thank you Alexis, Jarad and Rick (with helper I didn't catch the name of)!!!

This family business is fantastic they worked all day to get our AC up and running even though all the parts weren't in so we would have AC during the heat wave once the rest of the parts came in they came back and finished the job. They are all friendly and answered any and all questions i did not feel pressured to buy anything but they gave us several options to replace are unite (budget, eco and super fancy) so we could decide what we wanted. They even were happy to explain while they were installing what is going on and why they are doing certain things. Would recommend them to everyone and already have recommend them to several of my coworkers.

We’ve used this company for 3+ years for our maintenance and a (minor) heating repair. Technicians are always wonderful, on time & leave us with insight/knowledge to maintain proper care for lasting units. Rick, the most recent tech to visit our home was exceptional! Our home is 15 years old with the same heating and cooling system from the get-go, and thankfully in great condition. Super honest company, we highly recommend.

The guys at Carlon were very friendly and took the time to not only explain what they were doing with our air conditioner, but to also show us the parts and explain what we were looking at. They made a point to be transparent and offer information that I probably wouldn't have known to ask. They came within the time frame they said they would and were quick to get the repairs done. Appreciate our neighbor for recommending Carlon Heating & Air to us, and we'd happily recommend them to our neighbors as well!

We had our a/c and heating system replaced. We are very happy with the whole system, it is very efficient. The crew was very respectful and very knowledgeable. Even the owner was helping on the install and made sure we knew how to use the system efficiently. We would definitely recommend Carlon Heating to anyone for simple service to complete replacement.
