Carlon heating and air conditioning came highly recommended to me by a co-worker. I must say, I was not disappointed! Will has helped me on a few occasions. I find him to have great character and ethics. He is someone I can trust to have my best interest in mind. They take pride in their work, they are on time and on budget, highly recommend Carlon heating and air!

Carlon was here when they said they would be. Three very nice and friendly gentlemen showed up. They installed a new gas furnace and air conditioning unit. I believe removal and complete install was a total of 6 hours - very impressive! They also left the area cleaner than they found it. I've used Carlon in the past and will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs in the future. This is a local well run quality company.

Great customer service started with my 1st call to Carlon. I called to have a gas line installed for a new range. They were fast to schedule and fast to install. They explained while showing me everything they had done all the way. Then saw to it my inspection was done ASAP. They also took the time to go over all the features of my range with me. Everybody at Carlon was professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I will not hesitate to use them again for any heating, air, or gas needs, and will recommend them to everyone. Thank You Carlon!

Carlon Heating & Air did a great job. Even on a Sunday after hours the service call was already extremely affordable. But, I ended up having some major issues with my old furnace. They were able to identify the problems quickly and schedule a new furnace installation very fast. They were upfront about everything and after all that waved the service call fee. They now have my business from here on out.!!

Tristen listened to our concerns, checked out our system, and returned with three recommendations that would solve the problem. The service was performed efficiently and we are now warm and cozy. Fast response and exceptional communications from when we called to when the work was finished.

The price for the equipment was very fair and the install was great. They had the install completed on time and the crew were very good at their job.
Would recommend this company for any Heating and A/C work, I spent 20 years in the oil industry and had many A/C companies do work for us and I would rate the crew of Carlon up with the best.

I could not be happier or more impressed with Carlon Heating and Air. My air conditioner broke on a 100° day. I called and Carlon came out the same day (within hours). They quickly figured out what was wrong with my air conditioning unit and fixed it for a very reasonable price. They also did preventative maintenance on my compressor which was showing signs of age. The whole system now works better than it ever has. Thank you!

After 23 long years our HVAC unit was finally put to rest. I called Carlon to help with diagnosing the problem after other companies were unable to help; and frankly I was out of solutions.

Will came out initially and was incredibly polite and professional. After testing and tearing apart about every inch of the outside unit to find the problem - my questions were finally answered. We walked through the equipment and he gave me my options. Every step of the way I was able to contact Will to appropriately schedule a time to install a new unit as agreed upon and they didn't disappoint.

The techs came out and worked all day (through a thunder/wind/hail storm) carefully until everything was done correctly and working. They left my home cleaner than when they arrived and were more than happy to answer all of my questions. The value for money here is very competitive and fair- frankly better than I've received anywhere else. I would gladly have them back at my home in the future and strongly encourage everyone looking for HVAC help to at the very least have them come in as a consultant. They are very proud of the work they do; which goes a long ways in a community like this.
