Great experience with Carlon! Installed a new HVAC in one day. No one likes the rising costs but when you need to get it, this Company gets it done! This company is a family oriented one. They even answered the phone when I called, and helped me quickly. Good job Carlon!

Just had my furnace maintenance check. The Technician that came out was James. He did such a great job. He served everything and told us how things looked. We had things that needed worked on. James gave us options and prices right then and there. After picking he got right back to work and things where done in such a timely manner. My husband was even more excited with how clean they left the space… he asked if James swept the whole garage.

We had Carlon come for some duct repair and ended up with a complete ductwork replacement. We could never be happier! The technicians arrived promptly, did amazing work, covered everything to make clean-up a breeze, and completed the job in a timely manner. I found the technicians friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and why as well as things they saw that could soon be a problem. My system is almost 20 years old so we discussed replacement options and what was needed as well as any additional options I felt we might want.

Tech arrived at the appointed time. Received both a call and text stating this. He explained what he found and that he fixed it but was unable to do a full inspection because of the way furnace had been installed (not his fault). Friendly and personable.

Received note offering service call to inspect system to make sure all is well for the coming year. Technician James came, on time, spent adequate time, found plugged drain line and rusting starting in case. I didn't expect actual work to be done, so pleasantly surprised! Have used Carlon for years and would continue without hesitation.

I don't even live in USA but I received an e-mail destined to somebody else that certainly used your services. Technician seems professional and the whole presentation of the company is nice. :)

Carlon's online access is exceptional for scheduling an appointment. This was followed up with a personal phone call from the office. On the day of the service, Carlon sent me a picture of the technician and his qualifications and let me know he was on his way.

The installation was very professional, the equipment is high quality, and the work was finished on schedule. I look forward to having Carlon do the annual maintenance checks.
