Carlon Heating & Air

My furnace went out so I Had Tristen from Carlon Heating and Air come run diagnostics. He was on time clean and very knowledgeable and friendly. Was able to get my heat running again quickly. He also gave me great information on system replacement options because mine is very old and near the end of its life. Would highly recommend this company.

Tristen was our tech for A/C repair. He is a very knowledgeable and courteous. Would use him again for any further needs.

Both men from Carlon Heating and Air were prompt, efficient and respectful. They both took the extra time to explain installation processes and parts of the system I had questions about. They would stop what they were installing and give me full attention, explaining my questions very effectively! The system is beautiful, their motivation and attention to detail was remarkable. Lastly, they cleaned up the area where they did installation to include sweeping up some on my mess and sawdust! In two words-UNBELIEVABLE REMARKABLE. I thought the days of this type of precision and respect was gone years ago!!! Also I must give huge kudos to Alexis, receptionist and “go to” personnel -she too had all the answers Thank you Carlon Heating and Air!

And again Carlton Heating and Air came by my home. Josh and Tristen came over to check the unit. They also installed, free of charge, a new thermostat. I’m not suggesting you get free equipment for Carton Heating and Air, what I’m presenting is they understood that, as a 100% disabled veteran, they understood Money is very tight and they reached out to help me. I’m blessed for the whole staff. I can’t say more except, thank you!

Carlon HVAC technicians showed up within a half hour of my call and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and then presented a detailed list of solutions. They went the extra mile and followed up to ensure everything was working as expected. I'm very happy with their quality and reasonable price point. I'm very impressed with their service.

Tristen and James arrived on site promptly and professionally. They were very friendly and personable, immediately assessing and diagnosing the faulty component with my system. They conducted their outstanding repair and returned the system to fully operational service, all in less than an hour. These two gentlemen exhibited the highest levels of service and professionalism, thereby securing a permanent customer, and future referrals to friends and family!
