Carlon Heating & Air

My AC was running but not cooling my house, I called Carlon heating & air around 2pm and got a last minute appointment and they came out before 5pm and assessed and fixed my problem by the time I got home from work at 5:45! Finally a knowledgeable, caring, professional company I can trust.

These fellows were on time, clean, efficient and friendly. They were also helpful and explained how they were going to go about things, called with
times they would arrive and leave, leaving with a friendly handshake. On the ducting and gas hook-ups, they cheerfully made necessary changes and connections, making sure they were neat and modern.
On the whole, we were happy with the whole experience, and will recommend them, whenever we have the chance.

Appreciate the service we received. I feel it went above the normal standard. Your follow-up was a real surprise. First time we have ever had someone do a follow-up just to make sure everything was still doing fine (at no charge too). We will definitely call you for any heating/cooling problems.

I was almost ran off the road by one of your drivers today on 12th avenue going out towards Melba - the speed limit was 35 and they were going at least 60. I was also flipped off. Very unprofessional.

Will (the owner) is exceptionally knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the relatively minor problem our heating unit had and fix the unit for a little over $100. This is the same unit that four other shops told me I would have to either replace the unit or perform nearly $1K in repairs - repairs which by the way did not include the part that solved the problem. Would highly recommend and will be using the services of Carlon for both my home and business from here on out.

I can't tell you enough how much this company did for me during covid19. They went above and beyond for all my needs. They were no contact, respectful, and in and out with superb work! I am thankful for this family owned business. SUPPORT LOCAL!! Thank you Carlon Team!

Carlon Heat & Air techs know their profession and products. Heat & AC is not something I want to skimp on. Without working heat/AC I'd be miserable, and repairs are costly. I'd rather keep up with regular maintenance than to let it all go until I have a real problem and a big bill.

Jared is amazing. He was recommended by a friend whos husband served with Jared. Punctual, well educated, professional. I really appreciated that he was super detail oriented and took the time to answer all of my questions. I also really appreciated that he stayed late till 7pm and then returned around 9 pm to bring me some plug in heaters until my new furnace is installed. He checked up on me as well and brought me more heaters since I was still cold. Really appreciate his knowledge and genuine care. Will be recommending him in the future.

My tenant contacted me on Saturday afternoon to let me know the air conditioning went out and it was very hot. At this point it was late in the afternoon. I called 2 companies, but Carlon called right back and said they would have someone out to my property soon.

The professionalism of everyone I dealt with was great. They fixed the issue promptly. Of course these kinds of repairs are always more money than what I think is necessary, but not terrible. I will call them again if a need arises in the future.
