The technicians, office folks, and everyone are super pleasant and great to work with! They are always very upfront with charges and repairs and needs maintenance. They are NEVER pushy! We have been customers for years! Love them and have no plan to switch.

The tech did a good job.
Tried to upsell us on services but that is his job. He was very cognizant if our limit and didn't give it the hard sell.
We have used Carlon for large purchases, emergency service, and routine maintenance.

Absolutely awesome! Had a repair done by someone else a few weeks ago that didn't fix the problem, tried for days to get them back to look at it with no luck. Carlon was almost immediate in responding! Called on a Sunday afternoon and had Alexis text me within 20 minutes.They got me scheduled the next morning, arrived Early and were quick to diagnose the issue. They even had it repaired and up and running before the 'scheduled' appointment time. Tristan was great at explaining what was wrong and how they fixed it. Both technicians were professional and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Carlon!

Carlin's is a great company with which to do business. The people are professional and friendly. They take the time to explain everything they are doing. You get a text, with a picture of the service technician that will be coming, so that you know who to expect at your home.

After a water overflow in the house we had water get into our vents and air system! Carlon Heating & Air was super helpful and got a tech out that day to assess the damage. Pricing was upfront, the repairs were done quickly, and they kept a clean workspace.
Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional. Great experience!

After the annual maintenance for the air conditioner, I was told about several failing parts, and it would be over $3000 to fix them. I felt this was a scare tactic, so I had two additional HVAC companies come out to perform the same maintenance and (which Carlon missed a few things that the first company came out and cleaned up, such as tightening wires) asked about the same parts that were “failing”. Both companies stated that haven’t really heard of a reason to replace the parts in question and it’s a very uncommon practice. What’s more one of the technicians from the other company stated they wouldn’t replace the parts on their personal units. I’m not sure how much I trust this company after my last engagement, or their very young staff advising on potential issues.

First let me start with Alexis. She was very professional on the phone and very nice. Very responsive to my questions too. The service tech Josh Kipping was very professional and provide great service. They took care of me ASAP, even work on their scheduling to fit me in late evening, switch was another thing I appreciated from Josh, as many other AC companies were going to push out their service out a few more day and didn’t/don’t work after 5pm. Thanks, I really do appreciate it. If I have any other issues in the future, I will used them again for sure.

Some estimates given on some options that were presented were very expensive. An estimate for a furnace replacement was extremely high even for today's economy. Outside of what was just mentioned, the replacement of my furnace blower motor was as expect price wise. The work was preformed well and done very professionally. Having been an HVAC Technician when I was much younger, I would recommend Carlon Heating and Air for your HVAC needs. Always get 2nd and 3rd estimates on any system replacements regardless.
