Jim's Heating & Cooling

I've used Jim's Heating and Cooling on two separate occasions. Once for my A.C. and most recently for a new furnace and air filter system. The furnace and A.C. unit used are great quality and competitively priced with finance options. The employees the best part. They are prompt, efficient, and kind. Exceptional work ethic all around.

We received several estimates from other companies to repair or replace our failed A/C. Mark at Jim's Heating and Cooling not only provided a competitive bid but provided compelling information on reasonable options. His no pressure high information approach was very comfortable. When it came time to install the new A/C, Dwight and has partner got the job done very cleanly and professionally. This is the third A/C system we have had in our home of 33 years and the first one that has actually been able to cool the house and keep it cool without running constantly. On time appointment. Came on the day of our install with the installers. Also very informative Answered all of our question. Good to do business with.

We had Mark come out to look at our furnace and air conditioning unit that were in need of an upgrade (installed in 1999!). Mark was very knowledgeable about the pieces we already had in place as well as units we had done some research on previously. The quote process was extremely fast and helped very much in our decision making. Despite having to go with another company due to outside circumstances; Mark was courteous, personable, and very honest. We would look forward to working with him again if the situation arises.

Very happy that I had this service done. Within just a few days after they cleaned and sanitized my ducts, my allergies have significantly improved. The crew were very thorough and professional.
