Michael bid a job for our church to replace our HVAC system. Even with two weeks advanced scheduling, Michael showed up not knowing which unit we approved from his bid, then gave a "sob story" of having to drive to Omaha to get it. (because he didn't know what we wanted). His estimated 2 day job turned into 5 days, still incomplete. Scheduling daily, Mike said he would start between 9-10 am, but did not show up as promised. After 5 days of excuses and changing stories and reasons, I am now forced to hire a different company to clean up the mess Michael left.

During this most recent heat wave, my A/C gave out. Jim and his crew responded with an urgency to assess the problem. While waiting for approval on their bid from my renter, Jim called me to make sure we were ok and helped speed up the process. Once they were officially on the job, I was contacted immediately and was walked through the scheduled time and processes needed to fix my A/C. Not only did they preform their job effectively, they went above and beyond to make sure we were safe. I can not thank Jim’s heating and cooling enough for their help. I will be using them from now on and recommend that anyone contact these guys for any HVAC troubles.

On June 7th, Michael came to fix refrigerant leaks. But he recharged R22 only and said I will be back on Thursday, 10th to fix the leak. But he never came back. I been keep calling, but now he never answer my calls. It is strange that when I called first time he immediately answered my call. Now he does not answer any calls.

Finally he called on 17th and said I will come on Saturday 19th and finish the job. But never show up. Again I am trying to reach him out but no response.

Unfortunately I have paid half to him. Now I have to call some other company.

I received this reply on 26th June. "I will do everything I can to be available on Monday. If weather permits and we don't have many service calls for people who have no working ac. When its hot out like it has been we must give priority to customers who's air conditioner is not working. If the weather is stormy i would not be able to work on the roof due to lightning. If i ever have free time is it ok to stop by to see if some work can be done? Or do we need to schedule in advance? " Lets see what happens now? Its Monday June 28th today. Nothing heard back yet.

Came out on a Holiday to fix the A/C quick and efficiently. Too hot to be without A/C in the devil's lair! Thanks Mike! 👍
