Mick has been to my place a couple different times. He gave me a call saying he was on the way and arrived right on time for my annual furnace service. He is very friendly and personable. I have a couple little ankle biter dogs that always stress me out when people come. Mick wasn't a bit bothered and when I offered to lock them up, he said it wasn't necessary. I needed to leave before he was finished and felt totally secure and confident in him letting himself out of my garage.

Jack was our service professional, and we were very pleased with his professionalism, expertise, friendliness and enthusiasm about our ground source heating system. He said he has taught classes about heating/air conditioning systems and he was very informative about how our system works. We have been long term customers of Jim's Heating & Cooling company and highly recommend them, and especially, Jack.

They came out to replace my thermostat, they wanted 380 dollars for a simple thermostat. I called the manager to find out how he came up with the price but couldn’t he couldn’t explain how they price there service calls. I have been doing business with Jim’s heating since the early 80s, never again.

We used Jim's to install our furnace and a/c years ago. They service the HVAC twice yearly and do a great job. Recently, we had a problem with the furnace and Iscaac diagnosed the problem for us. A part was ordered that day and install took place the day after that. We are very happy with the staff and the work done.

Jim's is great. We recently purchased a new AC unit and Michael as well as Ty and Kyle were prompt and very polite. They took their time to get the install correct as well as make adjustments to help out the service techs when they come out. Michael did mention the follow up to ensure the system is running a peak efficiency when summer comes on. Fantastic company and fantastic employees.

Jens was great to work with. He came the same day I called for service. He was so respectful of my home. He wore shoe covers so not to mark up my floors and he wore a mask which was very important to me. Jens fixed my issue quickly and I also asked him about cleaning out our air ducts and he was very helpful with that. I am so very happy with Jim's Heating and air. I purchased a whole new system from them a year ago. New water heater, air conditioner and a new furnace. They were wonderful and so respectful. Everything was done in a day and they kept checking back days later to make sure all was well. I love my new system and I have saved a lot of money on my energy bill. I would highly recommend Jim's Heating and Air to anyone.

Our A/C was not making our upstairs cool enough. We were informed about a ductless A/C by Rick from Jim's heating and cooling. The crew of Rick, John and Ty were amazing. It took half a day and was neatly done. They are professional and friendly. It is so nice to cool down just the upstairs. We received quality equipment and work for a great price. Thank you crew! Deb
