We had a great experience with the removal and installation of a new a/c unit with Jim’s. Mark was very helpful and made sure the unit installation was quick and easy process for us. He was also very personable and reasonable. He got us scheduled for the next day so we had a cool house before the heatwave. Kyle, Ty, and Travis did a great job with the installation as well. Absolutely no issues! Keep up the great work!

They were able to have a repairman to my house the same day that I called. That was surprising since this is a very busy time of year. The repairman was able to analyze and repair the leaky(split) copper pipe in one visit. Thanks for a great response.

I had an issue come up with my older Carrier furnace. I called Jim's because they came up on a web search as an authorized Carrier service provider, with an award from Carrier. Mick was the HVAC technician who came, and he showed up very quickly after I had called, and finished the repair very quickly. I paid a fair price for the service. Very pleased overall.

We’ve had great service through Jim’s since buying this house in 1996, and I’m glad we can count on them as our business has grown.

When our heat didn’t kick on, as it should, I reached Julie at Jim’s H&C. Whether I have a question or need service completed, she’s always friendly and helpful. She got me scheduled for first available.

Isaac, the Jim’s technician, had called ahead and arrived just when he said he would. He was friendly, courteous and professional. He kept his mask on the entire time, which I very much appreciated. He also explained the issue to my complete understanding, which was great.

Once he finished the repair, he tested the system and cleaned up the area he worked in.

Great interaction. 👍🏽 I highly recommend Jim’s Heating & Cooling.

We took bids from several vendors for our new AC/heat pump. Jim's heating was right in line with the competition. Not higher, not lower. But they differentiated themselves throughout the purchase/installation process. First, they were able to obtain the best product for our needs in a very tight market. The salesman (Mark) maintained the highest level of professionalism and continued to be sensitive to our interests in difficult situations. But it doesn't end there.

I've worked in the trades my entire career. The install staff are among the finest craftsmen I've had to honor to know. They were consummate professionals throughout the installation. Further, they went so far as to correct a few other items that may have distracted from the value of their work. This install is something I will be proud of for decades.

While the install is not yet complete (it's been too hot to test the heat pump) I have every expectation that the warranty ensures that this fulfills my expectations.

Jim's Heating has my highest recommendation and I have no reservations in referring friends to them.

Jens was a marvelous service provider, professional and thorough. He was also a great communicator, and explained well, to both my husband and to me, the situation with our furnace. Happily, he concluded that we did not need to replace an expensive part (as another HVAC contractor had told us), but rather he tightened and cleaned everything thoroughly and found no evidence of mechanical issues. We were thrilled with his assessment, and we have decided to start an annual service contract with Jim’s. This is an honest, reputable company with a focus on customer service. Top-notch!!

Yesterday it was over 90 degrees outside and last night when I turned on my air conditioner it didn't work....it was over 83 degrees inside my house and my little sixteen year old Shiatsu dog was not enjoying it. At about 10 p.m. I called Jim's Heating & Cooling and Isaac was on call. He listened to my issue and problem and told me he would be over in thirty minutes. At 10:30 p.m. he arrived, looked at the a/c unit and told me it was leaking coolant and obviously needed to be repaired. Although, to fix it completely was out of the question late last night he did repair it enough to get me through the weekend so that my dog and I would not suffer from lack of air conditioning.
He left at 11:30 p.m. and my house was cooled down......if that's not going "above and beyond" I don't know what is. This company is really good, and they probably saved my little dog from an unbearable night in the heat.
Thank you Jim's Heating & Cooling....you people are fantastic !
