We would recommend Jim's Heating & Cooling to everyone! They have serviced our heat and air for 8 years now and the technicians have been great. We had a new A/C and furnace installed this past week and absolutely love the results. We feel very lucky to have found such a professional and friendly company to work with.

On December 1,2020, Isaac did a very impressive job of thoroughly inspecting and refreshing my heating unit for the winter. All looked good and the only suggestion he had was in the form of a reminder about possibly adding the air scrubber unit. He had mentioned this at an earlier appointment but only now have I made up my mind to go forward with that suggestion. I appreciated his attention to detail, his calm attitude and patience.

We've used Jim's for several years to service our furnace and AC, and they've always been great. We also recently decided to install a full home air filtration and humidification system in our home. Mark T. did our initial consult and helped us make the right choice for our home. He was a real pleasure to work with, as was the entire Jim's team. Thanks for the great service!

Jens Carter was wonderful! I explained as best I could what my furnace was doing. Jens knew right away what to look for and he promptly repaired it. He also made sure it was working properly, and also replaced my furnace filters. Five stars to this hard working young man and I will recommend him and his team at Jim's heating and air conditioning to everyone!

We had Jim’s Heating & Cooling out today to clean our ducts, vents and dryer vent. They were great! We are so happy they came out quickly because we would have had a fire in the dryer vent! It was totally clogged and there was debris from when the house was built 27 years ago! We just recently purchased the home.
John and Dave were: on time, friendly, professional and really knew what they were doing! Michael, our sales rep was here in the morning to show them what needed to be done. They are a great team!
Sure, we paid a little more but we wanted everything cleaned professionally and correctly and they did not disappoint! We are very happy and will use them again!

I have been with Jim's since the 80s and have always had great service. Recently, I was set up for my semi annual maintenance. Isaak came out and not only checked and adjusted my system but he cleaned my return vents and checked the ducts in the crawl space. He was friendly and professional.

My second call for help was Jim’s I shared my dilemma. There was an appointment scheduled the next and after the inspection gave me great bid and the following day the technicians showed up. They were great very friendly respectful and LOL they respectfully listened to an old mans tails 😎. Well Done

We have been a customer of Jim's since the 90's. They installed new Heating systems in two homes for us . They have serviced those systems annually. In that time, they have responded to two warranty issues and stood by their product. When one manufacturer changed it's support Jim's managment corrected the problem.Their technicians have been excellent demonstrating skill and knowledge about our somewhat complex heating system and have solved every problem. Recently we have a problem with a damper in a zone system than is about 15 yeas old and was remedied quickly.. We have met many technicians over the years and each of them has been excellent. In all that time we have never had an issue with the company. Thanks to all who work there for their integrity and maintaining high standards. BTW, this is not hyperbole as I am very familiar with organizational systems and quality improvement. If Jim's was underperforming, I would not hesitate to say so. Honest, dependable, knowledgeable, reasonable and friendly. How can you beat that? Thanks again to the team at Jim's
