I have always had excellent service and customer service from Jim's, from the office staff, the sales people, and especially from their technicians.
I am Very impressed with the work they do and the friendly demeanor of their staff.
Jens was my technician today and he was So helpful, knowledgeable, professional, quick, and kind.

Dave first came out to see our old unit and then Brent followed that same day with a quote to replace and install a new side evaporator cooler after careful measuring and home requirements.
Robert and Manuel were here to install the cooler this morning! I think they all did a great and professional job! We appreciate Jim's Heating & Cooling for all the years we've owned our home. They come out quickly when we've called with problems and always have given both fair and reasonable bids! We will continue to do business with them in the future!

and ask for Mark he makes everything run smooth, we didn’t have to do anything but move some stuff from in front of the furnace! Mark is efficient and follows through with what he tells you!

I’ll be honest I was not setting in the garage watching John but our system is still problem free -he worked quickly and quitely, everything was swept up and cleaner than when he started! Before John left he came in and showed me what the inspector would want to see since he was unable to come while John was here
We were very thankful that Mark took the time to show us how to work the thermostat, since we are old school he patiently walked us through all that little box can do ( amazing).
It’s good to know what you are doing but it’s so nice when you have 2 really nice guys show up to do the job,
They were friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and considerate - even took the time to win our little dog over!

Our experience with Jim’s was fantastic. They were professional, knowledgeable and respectful when they were in our home. The HVAC system they installed has lived up to and exceeded the expectations they set in our original system design meeting. Very impressed!

John was extremely professional and installed a Carrier Humidifier to my furnace. He did an amazing job and exceeded expectations. He was even able to integrate my ecobe thermostat to the humidifier. Which makes it so convenient to operate. We have noticed a significant change since we installed the unit. I highly recommend them, they are a preferred vendor for (AprilAire) Carrier branded products. Also pleased with the 10 year warranty. A+++

Isaac did a great job servicing our AC. He was on time. Took his time to be thorough. Then shared with us all he had done and what was recommended. Great service! Glad we added the maintenance plan. Totally worth it!

Jim’s has been my home’s furnace & AC service & repair company for 38 years. Once they came out at midnight for hours in December to make on older system work and keep us from freezing. I have a terrible mid century crawl space for workers to endure. I trust them to do everything possible to keep my systems working or replaced and want them to pay their workers living wages. This time I asked them to install a brand new Carrier AC (junking the old Trane). This had to be done during my absence on vacation during a near 100 degree Boise July day. They did absolutely everything as promised by Michael the supervisor; I didn’t have to worry about anything. Now I have a very much improved air conditioning system. No complaints! I do not shop around as I could not be happier with being able to trust a company to help me, no matter what! Marie

I had a water heater fail while it was still in warranty. The staff at Jim's Heating and Cooling worked very hard to get the situation dealt with fast.
Stacey got a new one delivered and Kyle and Stitch kept me in stitches while they did a professional job of installing the new one the same day I called.
These guys are obvioulsy competent - and with their curteous/humorous approach, you definitely get the feeling that you are back a few years when service was more important than selling parts or asking for reviews. I will certainly do business with Jim's.

As usual, the annual maintenance service was outstanding. The Tech was Isaac and he was professional, on time and super friendly. He even cleaned off my return air vent! I am always please with this company and renewed my annual service contract. I highly recommend Jim's.

I have used these guys multiple times, and have been nothing but 100% satisfied!! I had them install a Mitsubishi heating and air conditioner in my garage, I simply love it! I then proceeded to upgrade my home A\C unit, which once again I am in love with! Next is my home furnace and air purification units, which these guys will be doing.

I have in turn recommended them to a good friend, who needed a 22 year old A\C unit replaced. She received a quote from another company for a complete furnace, and A\C replacement and then called me for my opinion. I called Mark with Jim's Heating and he did a quote the same day! Which was lower than competitor, and included a air filtration system, furnace, and A\C unit. The kicker is the complete system was in stock, and installed the very next day! If you can find a better company out there I would be quite interested in hearing about them! Until I do Jim's Heating is the only ones I will be calling!!!

Their installers in my opinion are second to none! They are polite, do a clean job, and clean up after themselves. I have seen the same installers multiple times, and they are always helpful and informative. I have even met the owner at my friends house mentioned above. He like his installers conducted himself professionally and was very polite. I must admit I was quite surprised to see him on location, but on speaking to him it seems to be a regular practice. That to me spoke volumes about the way they conduct business!
