Every single person I have ever worked with here has been phenomenal. Customer service is always spot on and these guys really know what they are doing. Jens and John, my technicians, always go above and beyond. Jens even screwed in a light fixture I couldn’t get back on after trying to get more light for him in the basement. He also gave me tips on my Nest thermostat to make it more efficient. I have been with Jim’s heating and air conditioning for years and would never go with anyone else.

Mark at Jim's Heating and Cooling did a great job installing air conditioning in our home. Mark was very professional from start to finish. He responded to my emails and requests quickly, provided detailed price estimates, and even checked in with me via email after several hot days to make sure our house was staying nice and cool. I highly recommend working with Mark Teuscher and Jim's Heating and Cooling!

Last night my furnace stopped working and wouldn't stay on for more than 20 seconds. After calling 4 other companies and told them I had no heat and was sitting in a 59 degree house the other companies said it would be 2-3 days before they could get to me. When I called Jim's, they said you have no heat? We are coming today! It will be after hours, but we will get to you today. What service and it gave me peace of mind to know I had someone to take care of the problem and that I could enjoy heat again!!

Jens was great. Nice guy, good with our pets, on time and called ahead, and did the maintenance efficiently and with care. He showed us the filter and how well our system was working, and even came back in after he was done because I had what ended up being a totally not-a-problem concern (system was in a 3 min delay before restarting). Will 100% use Jim's in the future, and we hope we get Jens again!!

I commend the excellent calmness & politeness and of course the professionalism that I receive each and every time from the fine service technicians at JHAC. My Service Technician was Mick & I must say he is impressive. Mick values his customers & he puts his heart into giving them the best most complete service possible. I would be amiss if I did not mention Cathy & Allison who do excellent work from the headquarters scheduling & communicating with the multitude of customers. Wonderful company, I can't say enough good about Jim's Heating & Cooling Service. The technician, Jens Carter, came to my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I have a exotic parrot 🦜 in my home and they did not delay and came that same day. Very kind and compassionate from the initial phone call to the actual appointment. Poor service. They do not communicate and when I called for my ac maintenance service they couldn't get me in till August and I had called them beginning of June. The lady was that I spoke with was very rude and condescending and didn't even try to help resolve the issue. I eneded canceling my membership with them and call another server and they got me in the next day. The owner called and wanted to speak and salvage the situation but it was too late and damage was done in my trust with there service and professionalism.

Outstanding service from start to finish! We recently had a new HVAC system installed at our home. We interviewed a lot of companies, and are so glad we went with Jim's. From the first meeting and inspection, Mark was knowledgeable, friendly and truly wanted the best for us and our home. We never thought he was just looking to make a quick sale. He actually worked up multiple different quotes so we could make an informed decision within our budget. He answered questions at all hours of the day/evening and talked through different recommendations until we were ready to make the decision. When it came to install, John and Dave were great. They were very professional, experienced and explained everything to us as it was being installed. They made sure to show us all the components of the system, walk through what they were working on, so we ended up way more knowledgeable about our whole system. They left the site clean with a perfect install, they even fixed some of the errors from the original install! Mark followed up in person after the install to make sure we were happy with everything and that there were no questions/concerns. After having multiple HVAC companies come out to look at our Bryant system, we were referred to Kyle at Jim's Heating & Cooling. He came out next day, was super knowledgeable about the system and gave us a quote a 1/3 of the price of another company! We saved almost $600 by going with Jim's and our AC is back up and running. Kyle was so awesome and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had Jim's Heating and Cooling manage our annual winter furnace maintenance. The professional that Jim's sent today was Isaac and we can only speak great things about Isaac. Isaac provided a 20 minute call before his arrival, he respected our face covering request during his time in the house, he was very clean and professional in the work areas, and he treated our home like it was his own. Isaac also provided an overview of our humidifier on our furnace so that we can properly manage it. Over the past many year's that we have had our home maintained, Isaac ranks up at the top from a professional, customer service oriented person. Thank you Isaac.
