Jason was really friendly, and explained everything in great detail. Really appreciate his time. We will be purchasing a full system. Updated:We had our full system installed today by Dylan and Matthew. They were awesome, and we are so pleased with their work. They cleaned up after themselves, and did a walk through, explaining how to keep our units working properly through the years. They were both super knowledgeable, and friendly, we will recommend them to friends, and family!

PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE PLANNING A HEAT PUMP INSTALL:

I wrote a scathing review of Diamond and the way my ductless heat pump install looks both inside and outside. It was all accurate, but there is enough anger in this world, so instead this is what I will say:

If you choose to get a quote from Diamond for anything, ask for Robert. He is the head salesperson who I contacted after my install went sideways. He understands customer service and is able to read a customer perfectly. I truly believe I wouldn’t be in the situation I am in if he had been my contact person from the beginning.

And remember, ductless heat pumps, while necessary and even preferable in some situations, do have exterior and interior line sets that can really look out of place. Do your research, drive around and look at homes with exterior line sets, and be clear with Robert or whichever company you use that you want the line sets and condenser to be as unobtrusive as possible. It can be done- it just wasn’t done on my house.

Pictures 3 and 4: I was reluctant to go with ductless heat pumps because of how they look. Imagine my surprise when I arrived home from work to ventless heat pumps WITH interior line sets (angled “arms”) to make them look even worse.

I am very impressed with these guys. Turned my whole hvac system needed changed out and replaced and they did an excellent job. I’m a commercial plumber by trade so I’m familiar with systems like these and what quality work looks like in the construction business and these guys nailed it. Thank you guys

We would rate everyone, from sales to scheduling to the electricians to the hvac technicians, at a 10 out of 10 for being friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The system works well, and the workmanship of the installation is orderly and professional. Diamond really stands out among the companies we have worked with in the area.

Chris Atchison was the technician. He did a wonderful job. Very professional, fast and really knew what he was doing. He even turned off my water hose and took the hose back to the backyard before he left.Very happy with the service, best service I have ever had with a Heating & Cooling company. I really appreciate him coming on a Saturday with the temperature reaching 99 degrees today. I will use Diamond Heating and Cooling always going forward!

After a botched installation from a different company, Diamond Heating and Air came out and not only removed the lemon unit I was stuck with for several months, but installed a brand new, better unit in half the time it took for the other company. The technicians were all professional and courteous. They even brought out the installation manager to assure the installation was up to standard. I can't recommend this company enough and I plan to do more business with them in the future. Thank you so much!

Fantastic company that does great work for a great price. Wish they would get their Technician selection menu updated. Second time a great tech has been to our place and they weren’t selectable in the drop down menu from Diamond. Kyle did great work today.

Owen was very professional and courteous . He was on time and had the necessary parts to complete job in his truck. We bought the service plan for extra savings in the future. We are very happy with this experience. We would recommend Diamond to our friends and family for sure.

I had quotes from several local companies and Diamond really stood out. Cord was really helpful in explaining options and gave us a great option with not only a new AC/Furnace but also a whole house fan that really is going to help in the evenings and cut down on our AC usage at a lower cost then just the AC/furnace from others. They went over and above in lending us a portable unit for the few days we had to wait on install. Text and emails were sent letting us know exactly when they’d be here the name of the tech coming , …. I’d highly recommend Diamond heating and cooling. Very professional and no high pressure tactics.
Will use them for other projects in the future.
