Diamond Heating and Cooling

What a great experience having Diamond Heating and Cooling replace our hvac system. The price was very fair, nice equipment, and great people to work with. I would definitely recommend Diamond to anyone needing work on their hvac system, whether a minor repair or a complete system overall. Thank you to Jason, Todd, Ron, Harley, Dillon, Robbie, and all the other professional technicians that worked on our system.

The crew from Diamond did a complete install on a new furnace and air conditioning system. They arrived on time and completed the install that day.
The crew was professional, friendly, and answered any questions I had. After every thing was set up I was walked through how the new energy efficient systems work and what to watch for. Overall, I felt my expectations for the experience were exceeded.
After the crew left, I discovered a small issue. I called and a tech arrived within 30 minutes and took care of the problem.

Great communication, and on time service! I was very impressed with the technician that came out and gave us our initial estimate. I felt like he was very thorough inspecting our current situation, system, and listening to our concerns to come up with the best solution for our needs. They were 1 of 3 estimates I received and were competitively priced with the other 2. It was ultimately their communication that made my decision to use them.
Even though we had a few minor issues with the initial install, they stuck with us, continued to communicate, and took the time to insure the install was correct before they walked away. I value companies that can admit when something isn't up to their standard and stand behind their work to insure they leave you with their very best.

Anthony was amazing! We had some cold days here in Idaho and I was afraid my heating system would not handle it. Anthony responded to my call quickly and he checked everything only to find nothing was wrong. I have had past experiences in other houses I have owned with this type of work and have been told I needed things repaired that I did not need. Anthony took his time and thoroughly explained everything he did. I will never use any other company. I trust Diamond.

Emailed for a quote on a/c installation. Prompt call-back, and someone was on site same-day. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Quote was gone over in detail, with good, better, and best options. Pricing seems fair. Excellent experience for me!

Owen came out and was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, fixed the issues with our ac unit quickly and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend him!

The technician changed the filter and explained the issues our air conditioning unit is having. He was very thorough and honest. He gave me the option of repairing it or replacing it which I appreciated.
