Erik arrived on time and wore his booties in the home. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what he was checking. He was not in a rush and was very thorough. He quoted me costs for updates and did not try to sell me anything. In fact, he recommended I get additional quotes for cleaning my ducting. Loved this place from the moment my call was picked up. The gal talking to me was patient and had a great personality. Warm and friendly. My tech showed up and even called as he was heading to my place! This is the first service-based company that has done that in a looong time! My tech was friendly, courteous and respectful. Took the time to make a few suggestions and wasn’t to quick to diagnose. Once the repair was finished, he continued to look over and evaluate the condition on my furnace to confirm there were no additional problems or things needing to be troubleshooted. Will definitely keep this number on file and will use them again.

Called Diamond to get a quote on replacing the HVAC system. Jamie came out and she was knowledgeable and professional. She looked in the crawl space (which a different HVAC company did not do) and found a leak from the A/C unit drain (insulation company pointed it out the day before) and the main ducting had collapsed. She let the servicing team know that day and two business days later Owen came out.

He was professional and explained a couple options for fixes and prices. He easily answered my questions and was able to fix it same day. Overall, a really good experience with Diamond.

Diamond Heating and Air saved us before the heat set in! Our repair technician, Owen, did a great job at identifying the problem and offering us an affordable solution. He was courteous and professional and fixed the problem quickly.

I called the office on Wednesday just wanting to get on the schedule and they were out here that day for an estimate! Now it's Friday afternoon of the same week and the job is completed! Every job is different, but they were very professional and communicated what needed to be done well. I would totally recommend them.

My crawl space flooded. The plumber I called said that he wanted to call out his furnace man since the water got to it. The furnace technician gave me 4 estimates ranging from economy $900 for basic repair to premium $3,300. That comes with a 3 year warranty. I told him to not to repair. Diamond gave a great price for replacing our 20 year furnace 3 months ago. The technician said the water did not touch any part of the furnace parts. He said "no" repairs are needed. I have used Diamond for A/C and furnace yearly maintenance. They have always been on time and they have very reasonable prices. They have well trained techs and they are very "honest". If repairs are not needed, they have no problem telling you that. Thanks for a providing me excellent service. I am a very grateful, loyal, and happy customer.

I received a quote almost a year ago on a new heat pump to replace my old a/c system. I called them back and they said they would still honor that quote - no mean feat with the way inflation has been going this last year!

Jonah and his installation team were here on time, did a quality job installing my new heat pump, showed me all the details afterward, and were professional throughout.
