Jim was awesome, efficient and knowledgeable and installed a new ceiling fan, light fixture and even checked some outlets for me. Great service!

I decided to have my 20+ year old heater and AC replaced. Glenn came out for an estimate. I had 3 other companies come out. One wanted to sell me a $13,000 system. Another was $11,000 and the last was about $180 more than Glenn’s. Their system was a step above what Glenn proposed. Glenn matched the system and did not raise the price. I went with Glenn because he was the best and most personable sales guy out of all of them. I added on a water heater replacement too.

Day of install two installers came, one was one of their Senior Techs, Brad. This guys was great. Explained everything. Was fun to talk too. Open and honest about everything. Quite frankly, I’ve never had a better, nicer and efficient installer/Technician come to my home.

If you can, ask for Glenn as the estimator and Brad as the installer, you are golden!!!

I will continue to do business with Diamond for the life of the equipment.

Diamond Heating & Cooling has been performing our HVAC maintenance for years & have always been very professional. Nate did our AC maintenance today & he embodies the professionalism of the company.

Our furnace was out for three days in January. I had another company come out and spend two hours and try to tell me my whole furnace probably needed replacing. I called Diamond for a second opinion and Chris Atchison came out. In less than 15 minutes he correctly diagnosed a problem with a pressure switch and had the furnace up and running! There’s a reason Diamond Heating and cooling is highly rated on Google. I HIGHLY recommend them (and especially Chris) if you’re having a heating problem.

I highly recommend Diamond and their technician Albert. My furnace stopped working and Diamond was able to get me in for a same day appointment. Albert was professional and figured out the problem quickly. He explained the issue well, visually showed me the problem, and gave me some options. I will definitely use Diamond in the future.
