Weve used Diamond for years and they are always extremely professional, on time, and amazing in customer service. Albert C. took care of our service appointment today for an ac unit repair. He showed up on time, explained the issue, cleaned up the work area, and was extremely polite & professional. He made sure we understood the issue, what was being repaired, and the costs prior to doing the repair. He also suggested next steps, best practices, and a forward path should we have any future issues. Thanks Albert & the Diamond team!

Diamond H&C is an excellent firm. Our technician, Mr. Peter Smith, was very professional, discussed all the actions he planned to take, listened intently with respect to any questions we had and responded with easy-to-understand verbiage. Peter called us in the morning to confirm his on-time arrival, backbriefed us and gave us a written report on our system's status upon completion of the service. Gail and I highly recommend Diamond H&C. Their pricing is very reasonable and their service is second to none.

Coasey was fabulous. She was very knowledgeable, informative and efficient. She was warm and friendly and my dogs liked her. She was very respectful of my home by wore foot coverings.

Tech didn't introduce himself or leave a business card. He installed a new water heater for me. He arrived on time, install the water heater quickly, cleaned up afterwards, hauled off the old stuff, thank me and left. Nice clean transaction and all as agreed. They will be back in a week to install the rest of my new HVAC system. I'm very impressed so far.

First off when calling Diamond to make an appointment the wonderful people at the office are ALWAYS polite, professional and accommodating. They try as hard as they can to get you scheduled ASAP And they do a great job. Before coming to the house not only did I get a text telling me my service provider was on the way it comes with a photo and a follow up call from the technician. Peter my service technician was wonderful, friendly, informative and made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. Peter walked me through everything and was fantastic. I highly recommend DIAMOND for all your needs.

Just had my heating, AC, and water heater replaced by Diamond Heating and Air. Brad and his crew did an amazing job! Not only did they replace everything with quality units, they left the work area looking 100% better than it looked before. They showed up on time and got the job done quickly. They were knowledgeable and did a final walk through with me when they were done, ensuring I was satisfied with their work and also ensured I understood everything that was done and how to keep up with routine maintenance. I am completely satisfied with their work and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Great company committed to get the job done right!! They don’t just start replacing parts because they think it might fix the problem.
