    I like the professional TV ads so arranged estimate on my hw tank replacement. Chris gave a fair quote though it was higher than the quote from the pink guys. I could get a lower price if I went with a 3 year shorter warrant and gave up the anode protection (pink guys included dual abides in my quote). For doing this I would save $50 on the estimate. Not a very good trade-off but it was the best Chris could do. I still have one more quote b4 I decide.

    One thing I should mention kind of threw me off at first. As soon as Chris was inside he asked if he could use my bathroom. I usually don't let contractors use my facilities but let him anyway. After the estimate was over and he departed, I checked my bathroom. He had done #1 and left urine on the toilet and didn't clean it up. That by itself is almost enough for me to say "no" to your service. Not very professional if you ask me! I would advise you to tell your techs to drain out b4 arriving at a house and if they do use customer facilities, they ensure they clean up after themselves.

    Just dealt with Diamond Heating and Cooling, pluming division and we're very satisfied with the customer service, quality of work and promptness. No complaints, couldn't have been better. Will use them again if we need anything although my husband is a huge money saving do it yourselfer- this one we needed help during a difficult time and they treated us well.

    UPDATE: changed review from 4 to 5 stars. The manager looked over my invoice and realized the newish technician had overcharged me and refunded me almost half of my money back.

    I usually have great service with Diamond for HVAC. They are always friendly and knowledgeable-but $500 for an electrician to tell me that all my light sockets are fine and I just need to purchase better quality lightbulbs seems excessive, especially for a customer that has been with you for several years and pays $20 monthly for the Silver Plan . And quoted another $500 just to replace 5 smoke detectors?? Although the technician was very nice and knowledgeable, I doubt I’ll be calling Diamond for any electrical issues in the future.

    The Fan Limit Control on my income property furnace died after 40 years. As a result, the blower on the furnace would not shut off.

    Their technician Chris was courtesy, professional and informative.
