Diamond Heating and Cooling

Owen was my service tech. He was on time, efficient, polite, professional, and respectful of my property. Fixed what I asked him to, as well as pointing out other issues he noticed, and gave great maintenance advice. I will definitely use Diamond Heating again. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a heating and cooling service.

Had him give me an estimate for a new panel for an expansion I’m doing for my shop. I will be having them install in about a month when the job is ready for electrical work! Also having them do all the electrical in the shop instead of trying to do it myself so I know it’s all done right the first time and the job will keep on schedule.

My AC died the first hot day of the year (a Sunday). Monday I called Diamond to see if they could send a repairman (Caden) to come out and check my system. Although the news was not good - Caden gave me all service options, a price, and payment options. He even made arrangements for someone to come out and quote on a new system before he left..
The office staff are very friendly and accommodating.
I previously used Diamond for a plumbing issue, and was very satisfied with the service and the pricing.

UPDATE: Glen was early, so my brother stepped in and he and Glen came up with a plan to replace my AC.
The price was was in tge right range and we made arrangements for install next week.

Part 3 of the AC saga:
Diamond always texts you to let you know who your service person will be-there us also a picture so you can identify them.
Danny & associate were on time, professional, got to work right away. They took care not to let my pets outside.
Let me know how the install was going and thoroughly tested the new unit.

We had our furnace and air conditioner replaced a couple years ago right in the middle of a heat wave in July. They brought a portable AC for us to use in the living area while waiting for the units to be installed. Very professional and very happy with the job. We just had a check-up on the units and very happy with the job Peter did. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend them.

These guys are so kind and friendly. Also, they understood that we are on a fixed income and tried to make the cost as painless as possible. We were going to go as cheap as we could, and they didn't try to upsell us as most companies would. But Cord did an analysis and told us our options. We decided it would be better to not risk the 18-year-old AC or furnace going out when we'd least want it to. I just wish we could have gotten on their schedule sooner, as we are going to suffer some in the meantime with record high temps this weekend. I don't do well in the heat.

Unfortunately our AC unit went out so we decided to change everything. We normally get three beds this time we got five.
Diamond was neither the least expensive or the most expensive.
The sales rep Cord was attentive, listened and was very personable.
Sean the on staff plumber was very professional
Jonah and Steven the install team were top notch. You can always tell a true professional by if they clean up after them selves. I've had many work people who have not done so

Jason was fantastic when he came to our home to give us an estimate on our AC replacement!! We have used diamond, heating and cooling in the past, and I would never go to anybody else. Excellent customer service.!!

We had Diamond install a new AC unit last year, but didn't get to use it. Last week I turned it on to ensure it was working, and we detected an annoying buzz inside the house. Owen came out and fixed it in about ten minutes. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. You should give him a raise.
