Caesey Solis came out to help with maintenance. We moved here from Phoenix and have LOTS of experience with A/C companies. No kidding. She was probably one of the friendliest, professional, and competent techs I have seen. She arrived on time and answered lots of questions. She was patient and did not rush. She spent extra time balancing our system (brand new / new build). They have a maintenance program similar to what we had in Phoenix with Howard Air. I have found these programs give you big incentives, especially when you need more than just maintenance. We asked for her to install a start-up device to lower our amps, and we received a pretty good discount for signing up for the membership. The experience could not have been better! The reviews don’t lie.

Chris came out same day I called and diagnosed the issue immediately. Had another company out that missed the problem. Quickly fixed equipment same day. Very happy and would highly recommend!

Anthony was awesome to work with! He did a thorough evaluation of my AC system to determine the cause and quickly did the fix. It was a simple one and didn't cost a fortune. I appreciate his honesty, not trying to push a more expensive solution.

Diamond installed our whole house humidifier system. On time, courteous, professional and a nice, neat, clean installation. Owen was very knowledgeable and transferred the knowledge of the system clearly and concisely. Very happy!

Caleb called ahead of his scheduled time & asked if it was alright if he started our A/C service a bit earlier than planned. Of course!

He was very thorough and quickly determined a part was not up to specs and was going to possibly harm the compressor.

After installing a new part he showed me details of our unit and recommended maintenance steps I could easily do myself during the summer that should help our system run even more efficiently! Tips that NO other HVAC company had bothered to share.

From start to finish, Diamond was awesome. Their office staff is easy to work with (Thanks Jason and Kayla)! There was a whole team who installed a new HVAC system with new ducting and repaired a few of my old ones and they installed a new water heater. I cannot believe all the work they did in one day. AMAZING! They were honest and up front with my unique situation and gave solutions that were workable!
