    Sean was our tech (he was great!) and we love our new water softener and hot water recirculation pump! Our kitchen sink heats up WAY faster and the water in the shower feels so much nicer. It’s also nice knowing we won’t have white build up all over our fixtures anymore.

    Albert explained to me since everything is in my crawlspace, he'd get pretty filthy trying to replace my air duct and that his white shirt and his hands were already dirty just looking at the job. I'm guessing this is a "has the skill" but Albert didn't have the "will" to do the job.

    I called another company, they took care of the vent same day. Their employee wore overalls, laid a tarp down and didn't complain...

    My realtor was at my home when Albert came and she said "good to know" who not to call for her other clients.

    This was the best service I have ever rcvd. I called furnace did not work, we were starting to get very cold. Eric came right over found the problem, called office they sent a parts guy over Eric installed. And we were fixed in no time . Great service. Will definitely use them again.

    A year ago I would have said use this company but not anymore. If you see them run. I paid for a higher quality and bigger furnace than what I needed and it had a defective part. They came so they repaired. A day later went bad and I had no hot water for a few days in the cold frigid January. I kept calling asking status and nothing.

    Missed a week of work since I had to be home to sign for part coming. Talked to my boss and he helped me create accounts so that I could see if anything was coming to my house. Nothing. I follow up and saw it had not been sent yet. Called manager demanded for this to be repair … finally he said Saturday they will take a part out of their inventory and replaced for mine item.

    I was with this company and had a gold member for years and this is how they treat their long term customers.. everyone should think twice before doing business with this company.

    Kortney was very nice and patient with me- setting up the appt. for a tech to come out. She advised me to trouble-shoot first- before setting up an appt.- which I did. Caden and Kyle were our techs, and both were very nice! Caden was our main tech ( he was training Kyle) and he was VERY nice,thorough and great at explaining things! He's a keeper!
