Western Heating and Air Conditioning

Great experience today with Michael and his assistant/trainee Anthony I believe, sorry if I got the name wrong. Both were very professional, friendly and hard workers. They reviewed my system, were very up front about pricing, educated me on what I was working with since I just bought the house and then got to work. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely come back to Western because of them.

My only critique was the new thermostat didn't cover the old mounting holes and paint line even with a trim ring. I know they noticed it because I heard Mike ask Anthony about it. I just assumed it was impossible due to the size difference so I didn't say anything. Later I took the thermostat down and fixed it myself though by moving the drywall anchors over about an inch and notching the hole for the wire out a tad, so it was clearly possible. When charging almost $1000 for a thermostat and a routine maintenance you'd think they would do everything possible to make sure it looked good as well. But no harm no foul and it looks great now! Overall I am very happy with both of these guys! Treat them well and keep them Western!

Michael couldn’t have been more helpful, he easily diagnosed and fixed a rattling problem with a furnace fan calibration, that I had a question about.
He’s a thorough, knowledgeable, and trustworthy guy. Clayton will do well with his training.

Tracy and his partner were amazing. They took the time to show me what they were doing and why. They even showed me how to do proper cleaning maintenance. I highly recommend over the pink guys(who we normally call and are never happy with).Thank you guys so much for making this a teaching moment for us without making us feel dumb. Our motor went out on our HVAC system. They came the same day I called. Lloyd is amazing! He's professional, polite, and let me know what was going on throughout the process. I highly recommend. And if you can, ask for Lloyd. He's definitely knowledgeable in what he does.

Brody and the rest of the team did an excellent job replacing our AC, furnace, and water heater. Everything was done in less than a day and was installed very nicely. The team worked very hard and were quick, and left everything cleaner than it was. We recommend them to everyone we know. They also were nice to my dog!

Donald seemed to do a great job installing our new Carrier unit on the outside of the house. He knew what he was doing and finished by noon.
He also had a person assisting him who was polite, helpful and was interested in our landscape and house design. Only time will tell how this new Carrier unit will last as our original one lasted just six years. Our Carrier ductless system was designed for our new construction and should have lasted twenty plus years. It was designed by Ival at Western. Jason was out twice and Loyd was out twice. Loyd found that our compressor was not working properly as it shut off and we would see the FO on each unit. He
ordered (3) parts to fix the system. It turned out that the parts would take too long so a new unit was searched for and that is what Donald installed today. Western also lent us a portable air conditioner that was loud but thankfully cooled the house with our hot July days.

Woke up to a freezing house. I had used WesternHeating previously and was pleased when they were able to come out the same morning. Trey was warm but professional and was able to give me some repair options. Highly recommend!

Loyd Davis recently took care of the maintenance at our branch here at TruGrocer federal credit union and the first thing I noticed when he showed up was his high level of professionalism. Throughout the visit he was very thorough and made sure everything was functioning properly. He even set the temperature to make the whole office comfortable.

Cris was very polite and helpful. He was able to get the heat back on and was able to set up one of their service programs before he left. I was very pleased with the service and the results.

Outstanding service, I am so glad I called Western Heating and Air- very professional, great explanations of the problems and options. Michael L definitely has the expertise and terrific customer service. (He even carried in my dogfood order for me!)
