Ever since we moved into the current home, we have been using Western Heating and AC. They have provided us top-notch services that are professional, thorough, and customer-friendly. We are most impressed with their post-service customer care. If we experienced any issues after their service (whether we find them or their technician finds it in the next visit), they have fixed them completely to our satisfaction free of charge. They are very punctual, courteous, and responsive.

I will never use Western again. They installed a furnace that died after seven years and did not honor the warranty. They have been out every six months servicing the furnace they installed, and when the bearings went out, they charged $1200. I advise any one out there to use almost anybody but western, I don't understand how they are such a large business with policies like this.

I paid $97 for a technician to look at my furnace for 1 and 1/2 minutes and provide me a quote for the repairs. When he came back with a quote of over $1,100 I was shocked. I was also saddened by the fact that there were two technicians, one who seemed to diagnose the issue and another trying to upsell me on products (acting as a salesman) while the other one went outside and got me a quote. Seems like a scheme Western has worked up. After declining the over $1,100 repair I found the OEM part online for $300. The technician told me it's a 15 minute job. Let me do the math.. $300 for the part and $800 for 15 minutes of labor. Another negative comment about the Western technicians is that they told me, with the $1,100 repair that I would be 1/3 of the way to a new furnace. Why not just save that money and buy a new furnace? For these very reasons I will never ever do business with Western Heating and Air again.
