Kimberly was so wonderful when I called to schedule and made sure we knew all the details and options for having our system repaired and maintained. Lloyd was our technician today, he was friendly, on time, and got our AC back to working in no time. Very thankful for the team at Western Heating and Air Conditioning.

Very knowledgeable and honest. Even though my a/c is very old he fixed the compressor without pressing me to change to a new unit. Have used Western for yearly furnace inspections for many years and this is a first for the a/c. I have the greatest trust in them.

I’ve used these guys for years for our yearly maintenance on the A/C and furnace. We often get the same person which is great. We’ve come to know him well and he knows our system. He’s always been upfront, honest and helpful. Recently he did retire and this week I had an issue with the furnace. It’s the first time I’ve had to use anyone outside of maintenance. The new person for my area came out and was just as good! I’ll continue my usual service with them and requesting the same new person. Thanks so much.

Western Heating and Air Conditioning was great to work with. Came out to my house the day after I contacted them, free second opinion, and extremely friendly and not pushy service technicians. Michael Lotts was by far the best technician we've had in Boise. I didn't feel pushed into any unnecessary purchases or talked down to. He explained everything he did and answered any questions I had. I highly recommend both Michael and Western Heating and Air Conditioning.

Our AC went out unexpectedly right at the beginning of the first heat wave of the year. I reached out to Chris at Western and he was on it fast. Got my info, got me into their Titan customer messaging system and even put me on their cancellation list so they could get out earlier than scheduled. They ended up coming a day earlier than promised, which is awesome, and the communication throughout the process was top notch. The other company that I called, who was the one who installed the system, never even returned my call. The system is fixed and I am yet to hear from them. I know who I’ll be using moving forward. The tech, Louis, was prompt, professional and very efficient. He listened to the symptoms and little research that I had done, checked a couple of things and had the problem diagnosed in minutes. He pulled the old contactor out of my unit and showed me where it was shorting out. Quoted me pricing to replace it and installed the new part in less than an hour start to finish. I could have spent all day trying to diagnose different parts, so you aren’t just paying for the part, you’re paying for the knowledge and expertise. Payment was quick and easy, and the whole thing was as painless as it could have been. I will definitely be using Western for all my future HVAC needs. Throughout the process, I spoke to Pam in the office 3 times as well, while they were getting me in a day earlier than promised. She was awesome to deal with as well. Overall, an A+ team from start to finish.

We called to get help with our ac that was not blowing any air. When the technician got here, he stayed for barely 5 mins. Said we needed to clean the input and output and change our filter and left. He did not inspect our unit. He did not look to see that there was ice on the line, which we discovered after. He did not wait to ensure the problem was resolved, which it wasn't. He did not do his job. And when we called back the next day we were told they would charge us another 100 to send someone out to fix the leak in our refrigerate line that they should have identified in the prior visit. Absolutely thievery, unprofessional and terrible service. We've been using them for over 5 years for twice a year maintenance and we will never use them again. Do not trust this service. Their technicians are unreliable and they will gouge you to repeatedly send people out when the fix should be done in one visit.

We've used Western Heating and Air for years. I could be wrong, but I believe they put our systems in when our home was built. We are the original owners. Our home was built in 2004. They are the only ones that have ever taken care of both our Heating and Air. We've never had any issues with either one. Given the age, that's saying something! A couple neighbors that have been in their homes as long as we have, have since had to have theirs replaced. They are always friendly and professional! We find their prices fare! And we are seniors! We highly recommend them to you.
