Taylor was thorough with the seasonal maintenance of our system. Also very detailed with the explanation of checks that we're done on our system. He paid attention to our emotionally co-dependant Dachshund during his visit, too ☺️ Great job!

Joseph Valverde is an amazing technician, he was very diligent on diagnosing the problem with our furnace. We've been using Western Heating Air for MANY years to do our twice yearly checks on our Heating and Air conditioning. As a matter of fact I believe they might have been the original ones that put them in when our home was built in 2004. They have always been professional and done a great job. We had to have our Air Conditioner replaced due to our male dog at the time, decided it was his favorite spit to pee on unbeknownst to us! Beware male dog owners!!! It can be costly! Little stinkers! He was forgiven, but he was made to find ANOTHER SPOT! We highly recommend Western Heating and Air to you!

When my water heater quit working, Western Heating was quick to get someone out, even though it was later in the day and last minute. Michael was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and even walked me through his repairs. He even determined it to be a warrantied part, and helped me set up the warranty claim with with manufacturer (waited until the phone call was done)! Excellent service!!

Russ was an absolute pleasure to work with! Friendly, professional, explained everything to us clearly, and when he couldn’t provide the refrigerant that we needed for our A/C, he did some research and suggested other options. He can come back and work on our HVAC anytime! :)
