Service was called to troubleshoot an Ecobee Thermostat that had gone offline several times in the hours since some flooring had been replaced in our home. Service was not immediately available due to it being a weekend and a lot of service calls being received by the company.

I was able to reboot the thermostat several times during the waiting period, so we were not uncomfortable.

Russ found that the furnace filter, installed in late September was, totally clogged with construction dust. He replaced the filter and checked all the wiring. The thermostat has not gone offline since.

Russ is a very capable and personable technician.

Did a wonderful job and explained everything she did. Hope to see her at cleaning time.

Very professional on the phone. They came out the next day to inspect my heater. They came back the next day to install. Very professional, knowledgeable, careful and clean. I would recommend them to my friends, family and clients!

Since we needed our hot water parts replaced asap we were under the impression that we would need to wait a week for parts since it was close to the holidays or replace the whole tank. Made us feel like the replacement was the only option. I was able to go another direction and save thousands....thanks you

Two inspections not performed although listed as part of the heating maintenance checklist: heat exchangers and venting. Do not know why these items were not inspected.
The rest of the process was fine.

Rolando was very prompt on getting here and went right to work trying to diagnose the problem. He had it figured out in very little time. Had to fabricate a different mount for the part and had it up and running in very little time. Very friendly and explained just what he did and why. Completely satisfied with service and price.
