Western Heating and Air parking in the limited accessible parking at Bogus Basin on Saturday January 20th, 2023.
There was other parking available for service vehicles, they decided this was more convenient. They actually moved the van to another accessible space later in the day. Reached out to corporate, never got a response. I guess they don't care about people with disabilities that depend on these spaces. By the way this is 100% illegal, for any amount of time. #notaloadingzone

Russ is an exceptional employee!!
Besides being very professional, he was also very thorough and considerate. My grandson was still sleeping and he wore covers for his shoes to protect my carpets.
I have been with Western Heating & A/C for many, many years. Soo thankful, and Russ is an example of their excellent service staff!!

I called Western Heating & Air to maintenance our air conditioner. Donald Smith came and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he did and replaced the old misfitting filter with one that was the correct size, so now our air quality is improved. He also explained everything we needed to know about a whole-house humidifier, which I plan on installing in the future. Great experience. I'll definitely request him next time.

My technician John Lehman arrived at my house at 12:50 PM. He was very knowledgeable about the situation I had called in to the office.He started his business with my problem I had at the furnace. He was able to correct the problem and advised me that he was done with the furnace repair. I am really happy with Western Heating and Air with my Furnace Repair!

Kadon was exceptional in his presentation! Reviewed what he was scheduled to do and explained the different levels of maintenance service available. Nice to see a young man take his job seriously! Kudos!!

My A/C system wasn't working properly so they were dispatched to my apartment to service my A/C system and I was very pleased by the service that was provided and the answering of all my questions! My A/C is back up and running now, and I'm very Thankful and ready for the Summer now. Thank you Western Heating and Air Conditioning and the help of the Technician that was sent out was very knowledgeable....👍👍👍👍👍

Dustin did a great job. Arrived promptly, was friendly and professional. He answered any questions and installed my new gas furnace and serviced my previously installed heat pump.

The technician was very good and polite. My wife was very happy to see a woman technician as sometimes guys are intimidating dealing with women. Bravo to your gal technician!

The technician showed up on time and introduced himself, dressed appropriately. Explained the two different plans and advantages of each, upon agreement on services started working. Knocked on door quietly when needed the homeowner to adjust the thermostat or other household settings. Cleaned up when finished, covered the plan again, was pleasant and professional at all times. Will use him and his company again.

Trey was very thorough, professional and explained how things are operating. He is a good representative for Western, and we hope he visits us again for our future routine maintenance.
