Western Heating and Air Conditioning

Western heating and air came out to install a new blower fan a little over a year ago in my furnace. I didn't realize it wasn't installed correctly until the vibrations started to cause issues that another company addressed. When I called western to explain the issue instead of working with me they said it was out of warranty and they would have to not only recharge me for the parts and labor but would also have to charge me to have a technician come and look at it. Feels like a planned obsolescence money grab vs customer loyalty to me.

We had several companies come to our house and talk with us about installing a new AC and heater because for us it was not about price, but the service. Jason was the representative sent to our house from Western. He was honest, super nice and answered all of our questions. We knew going in we made the right choice with this company. When it was time for installation we had Travis and Theran ( hope I got the spelling right) come out. They were knowledgeable, respectful and overall great guys. We have no complaints with the whole process from start to finish. I will highly recommend this company to everyone.

Cris was comfortable in explaining what he was doing and in offering us options regarding repair and was good enough to explain how a water heater flush worked and various other functions of the HVAC system so we understood how things worked. We asked a lot of questions. He worked hard and efficiently. And was quite easy to converse with.

Just had a young man named Ken come out for our yearly maintenance. Cool kid, competent and nice to work with. If the staff is anything like him, I would highly recommend.

Water heater replacement at my elderly father's house was 5 star. Joseph was great, just as friendly and knowledgeable as any other of the outstanding technicians I've had do work for me. The one's you can trust is 110% right. Thanks Western Heating.

This review is for Michael Lotts , technician. We bought the house last year and noticed that the the HVAC hadn't been serviced since 2021. He arrived on time to do maintenance on our gas furnace. He is very personable, professional, knowledgeable & very customer service oriented & respectful with making suggestions. This was the also the first time we used Western Heating & Air conditioning (it's family owned & gives seniors/military discounts) so its always important to make a positive first impression. We purchased the gold plan & will be having them come back to do maintenance on the air conditioning once it gets warmer. Highly recommend!

Joshua and David showed up at 8 on the dot, worked efficiently, polite and knowledgeable. Replaced furnace and AC, added a vent and sealed everything up. Cleaned up nicely, answered all of our questions, and were out before 4 PM!

Excellent service! They replaced the old (incorrect) filter put in by previous tenant. Very nice, and easy to work with. Scheduling the appt was very easy as well.
