Michael Lotts was great! On time, very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and we discussed the repair options before he moved forward with the repair. On future calls with Western I will likely ask if Michael is available.

I had a gas leak that was stemming from my furnace. I called Western Heating right away and had a tech on site within an hour. Bob Combs was professional and courteous, answering my questions about the faulty system. He was able to find the issue and get it fixed quickly. Highly recommend Bob and Western Heating!

Jason texted us when he was on his way and let us know about when he would be there. He texted again when he arrived. He serviced the furnace and replaced the filter. He was very quick and thorough. He told me that everything was looking good and he found no problems. He was very professional and we are very happy with his work. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Update had them come back to replace our AC Unit. We got quoted a price that I felt was fair for the time involved, quality of work, information etc. They redid our furnace, added an extra return vent, and added another duct. Great work Travis Whiting and his junior tech!
