Braeden did the installation of a new furnace/AC unit for our top floor. Arrived on time and was very professional throughout the install. Everything is shiny and new. Nice clean work and friendly interactions.

Cris presented himself very professionally, was very courteous, performed a thorough inspection of the A/C unit in a timely manner. Strongly recommend Cris for heating and A/C work. Great job Cris. 👍👍

I want to say I am happy with Western, but that is not the case. 2 years ago we had a furnace/ac install done by Western and it was expensive but well worth it, or so we thought. We just had a significant part fail and Western wants around $450 to diagnose (they were told what the problem was) and repair it. After 2 years! That's about 10% of the cost of the furnace to fix it. The repair itself takes about 30 minutes. Something seems fishy. The representative was unable/unwilling to make any concessions. I'm afraid my journey with Western has come to an end.

Concern because of carbon monoxide detector had alarmed on two different days. Needed checked to be assured no leaks. Excellent service. Connor was outstanding and was a very good teacher so I could gain understanding of what to look for in the future. He is definitely an asset to your company and an employee you have to be very proud of.

Condensate pump failed . They came out same day. Llyod and his assistant were awesome. It was a Friday morning so their quick response meant we didn't have to deal with no heat over the weekend

Taylor did a great job explaining how are system was doing. He also had many positive things to say about the company and his boss, Titan.

Great service. Customer service is excellent. Their products are the best and at an excellent price. Used them for many years, many years ago and they are still the best.
