I have used Jim’s Heating and Cooling for about 7 years now and their service is top notch. I have had an air conditioner put in. I had the air ducts sealed which is well worth the cost. My energy bills have drastically been reduced and it was a painless process. I also have my furnace and air conditioner maintained twice a year for a very reasonable price. All of their services are completed professionally, all questions answered and the techs are always friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend Jim’s.

Jim's Heating and Cooling is an outstanding company to do business with in every respect!

We requested bids from five HVAC companies to install a whole house steam humidifier. We knew exactly what unit we wanted and all bidders submitted proposals to do the exact same thing.

We felt all of the bidders could have done a acceptable job, although pricing for the same work varied significantly.

Michael, Jim's sales rep, presented the approach they would take with the project in a way that gave us the most confidence that the installation would go well, and at a competitive price.

The unit was installed yesterday. Jim's didn't just meet our our expectations, they exceeded them. Having been in the gas and electric energy business myself for 36 years, there were some details that were important to me that were accommodated on the fly without hesitation by the installation crew.

Jim's entire team, including the electrical subcontractor, S K Electric, was very professional, friendly, efficient, and competent. Their customer service and technical expertise is simply outstanding. Michael, the sales rep, also stopped by toward the end of the install just to check to see everything was as expected. Jim's did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

I recently added a ductless system to my Sewing Studio. They were very efficient and had the system installed right away. The team of Mark, Dwight, and Johnny are so good to work with and really know what they are doing. They were able to answer any questions I had and now I have a fantastic system in the cottage where I have my business.

This year was my year of replacement. I had a new air conditioning unit and a new water heater installed as well. Again, I would highly recommend Jim's Heating for all your heating and cooling needs. Jim's took great care of us. When our water heater's pilot light would not relight, Mitch gave it a go but found it had burned through a safety mechanism and could not be safely repaired. That was on a Thursday, and I thought we were facing a weekend without hot water. But Mike and the rest of the team got us scheduled for a replacement the next day. I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of everyone at Jim's. I will call them next time I have an issue and recommend them highly.

I have used Jim's anytime I have HVAC needs. They are reliable, knowledgeable and responsive. We had to purchase a new system last year and they provided options based on need and price point. Very positive experience. Shout out to Isaac who has been here twice, he is very good at explaining what he is doing and why, made me feel confident in him and the organization.

Jim's Heating & Cooling installed our high efficiency Infinity VS Gas Furnace and Air Conditioner 5 years ago. The system has delivered on all its promises and Jim's Heating and Cooling has provided the regular check-ups to make sure we do not have a problem during peak needs for heating or cooling. They are punctual with all their appointments and we get a call 15 - 20 minutes before their arrival. The service person is always polite, professional, and personable. They take time to educate us on our system and what they found during the HVAC check-up. Today, Isaac continued the excellent service to which we are accustomed. We were careful with the social distancing protocol and Isaac was great to have in our home.

Our service technician, Jens Carter, was on time, professional, and very nice. He performed our annual furnace maintenance and went through a long checklist. I like Jim’s Heating and Cooling because they do not try to sell us anything we don’t need—they do what’s asked, and keep our equipment running well. They installed our AC several years back, and we’ve been having them do maintenance ever since.

Michael Martin, John Foote and Kyle Koontz are an excellent team at Jim's Heating and Cooling! All three are knowledgeable, experienced and fun to work with, and they are backed up by excellent staff from the office and leadership. I recently purchased a new Carrier gas furnace and electric AC system. Every step of the process was handled professionally including recommending systems to consider, responding to questions, the top notch installation, followup adjustments and thermostat set-up. I'm impressed with their expertise and Jim's service, and very happy with my new system!
