Over the summer (August), our HVAC unit went out. I called Innovative Mechanical and they came out right away, handling our job on a weekend so we weren't without AC for too long. The owner Chad was extremely helpful and informative about what was the best equipment to choose for my home. Chad sent Craig out to complete the install and he did a phenomenal job! He was professional and efficient, which was very much appreciated. Also, just this past week I wanted to start using the heat, Chad came out the same day I called to get it going. If we should ever have to purchase another HVAC unit we will defintely be calling Innovative mechanical to help us out.

Innovative Mechanical recently replaced our entire HVAC unit and we couldn't be more pleased with the service received, even approaching the week before Christmas. We got several quotes and definitely did our research going into this decision. Thank you, Craig, Megan and Chad for your responsiveness and the quality and quantity of the service received.

Our AC unit went out, just as the temperature outside hit 97 degrees. I called a couple of other highly rated companies 1st, but they all said there was no way they could come out for 3 more days. When I called Innovative Mechanical, Chad said he was backed up as well but he would make a point to be at my house today. He fixed it within a couple of hours and it is cool inside again. Thank you for your quick, courteous, and expert work!

Amazing company, We used them for our personal home and they installed 2 entire AC/heating units. Outstanding service and people and products. They also installed and entire unit in a condo along with new venting etc. They did what they promised for the agreed upon price. Chad Ferguson and his crew are top notch. Highly recommend.

Having your air conditioner stop working in the middle of summer is quite stressful, but Innovative Mechanical made it as easy as possible. I have 3 separate HVAC systems for 3 floors that are over 25 years old each. When I called Innovative Mechanical they sent Craig out for the service. He was professional and abided by all Covid safety protocols. He let me know all my options and explained repairs and cost for each unit and made my selected repairs. I was very pleased with his honesty and work ethic. Innovative will be my HVAC go to for the remaining life of my old units.

First, let me say that I am a firm believer in maintaining the two HVAC units at my home and have always had them serviced twice a year. I have found this to be an excellent way to extend the lives of the units and when combined with quality HVAC technicians provide many years of useful service (my Trane furnace is 29 years old).

I have used Innovative Mechanical for both A/C and Heating maintenance for the last several years and I have always found them to be professional with high quality and a solid value for their services. In my most recent maintenance, I must say I was very impressed with the technician, Craig Matlack, who performed the heating service. One of my Trane units is almost 30 years old and I knew it would need the capacitor replaced but Craig also discovered the flame sensor needed a good cleaning to function properly this winter. He took the time to show the sensor to me and explained it could be cleaned. I asked about replacing it with a new one and after reviewing the cost of a new one compared to cleaning the old one, he helped me make a good decision to clean the existing one due to the age of my unit which saved me some good ole fashioned greenbacks.

Later, Craig potentially saved my life as he immediately noticed a gas smell when he went into my attic to service the unit. After turning off the gas, he showed me how the flex gas pipe originally installed by another company had vibrated against the furnace cover over time creating a small hole and explained that flex pipe did not meet the current building code. He replaced the flex pipe with solid metal pipe and thus prevented what could have been a major fire from occurring. My hat goes off to Craig as I found him to be honest, respectful, and a great technician and I strongly recommend Craig and Innovative Mechanical.

Chad, Clayton, Craig, and Megan were amazing in giving my system a total re-haul. I had a new HVAC system installed last week and my air feels so much cleaner, colder, and overall less humid. I'm grateful for Chad's help to diagnose the problem and the crew for quickly fixing it perfectly. They're incredibly responsive, reassuring, and made my summer a whole lot cooler. Thankful for their help!
