All I have to say is WOW! This company saved us! Our heat went out Tuesday, which was the coldest day of the year thus far. We had another company come out first, HUGE mistake. They told us that we would have to pay thousands to replace the unit, a repair wasn’t even offered. We were shocked as our system is only 7 years old! We called Innovative Mechanical to come and give us a second opinion. They came out the same day, on time, were polite and professional, and best of all… They fixed our furnace on the spot for under $600!!! I’m blown away by how quick, courteous, and knowledgeable they were. We even went ahead and signed up for preventative maintenance with them! I can’t say enough good things about this company and will absolutely be recommending them to everyone. Thanks Innovative!

Craig and Innovative Mechanical are fantastic! Very prompt and courteous service; Craig is an excellent troubleshooter who explained what was going on throughout the service call. We thought our old system was going to need to be replaced, but Craig’s expertise and integrity had our house cool in no time at all. A follow up call received immediate attention and the issue was resolved perfectly. We would not hesitate to use Innovative Mechanical again.

Craig and Nathan of Innovative Mechanical did a fantastic job replacing my entire HVAC system and installing a new water heater. These are two outstanding people who worked extremely hard thru a weekend to get the job done. Craig led the charge, and he is a very dedicated, skilled, expert and professional technician; a real craftsman. These gentlemen will always be welcome in my home and they did a great installation - better than the previous one. I could not be more pleased. Also, thanks to Megan who was very pleasant to deal with, patient and made all of the arrangements.

Innovative came out (same day) to repair an AC unit that was not working. Eric was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Very satisfied with the work!

Chad is the best in the biz! I worked with him at another company before he started his own and would follow him anywhere! He’s super responsive & knowledgeable. He just sent Josh to my house for a leaking AC- Josh was also very knowledgeable , professional, friendly and respectful of the current mask protocol - 5 stars all around ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Great service. Bryce was our tech. He was very friendly, on time, and found our problem quickly. He was able to fix it as promised and it did not cost us a fortune. I cannot be happier and we will call again for regular service.

I have a duplex and have been having Innovative service both units twice a year. Best company I’ve ever worked with, hands down! Both Chad and Craig have been onsite and they are both extremely professional, super knowledgeable and always explain everything in layman’s terms so I know exactly what the issue is and I can make an informed decision. I have never felt pressured at all and they always help advise me to make the best decision. They always take their time and never rush. They always go above and beyond! For the services they provide their prices are probably to low. They truly have the customers best interest at heart at all times. Because of their semi annual services I have never had an outage with either of my units! I also want to mention Megan!! She is always so polite and helpful anytime I call into the office!! Seriously, give this place a try!!!

I can't recommend Innovative Mechanical more. Today I replaced my 3rd AC unit in 5 years between two houses and Craig/Jordan were the most professional installation team I have worked with. They went above and beyond what was quoted even repairing/correcting some poor installation of my furnace done by another less than reliant company in town. I had several bids on the job and Innovative was more than competitive. I am lucky I found them.

I was fortunate enough to have Innovative Mechanical replace both my AC and furnace back in July. My AC went out and I reached out to obtain four quotes based on referrals and research that I did. I live in a 58 year old split level home on a basement and was highly interested in zoning because of the fluctuations in temperatures on all four levels. What caught my attention first, was when Chad came out to look at the systems, he pointed out things that were wrong that they could correct in the installations. He was my last quote, so I didn't mentioned to him that I was interested in zoning because the previous three installers said it couldn't be done. Innovative came back with a very competitive quote, so I decided to go with them. Craig came out to do a preinstallation visit and asked why I wasn't interested in zoning and it would be very beneficial for the layout of home. I was ecstatic that it could be done and Innovative Mechanical put in the hard work and man power to make it happen for me. My systems is working perfectly and it has cut my energy bills in half. If you're looking for a company that can improve and make the interior environment of your home comfortable, then this is the company you should go with, if you looking for just an installer, then go with the other guys.
