Came home to an 87 degree house after working all day was not exactly a pleasant greating so I called another company first whom I will leave anonymous and they left me feeling uncomfortable so I hit good ol Google and decided to give Innovative Mechanical an opportunity to earn my business. I was greated on the phone by Chad and within a few short moments I could tell that this was the right company for me to do business with. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and seemed rather empathetic which made me, as a potential customer, feel very comfortable. After a brief conversation I was sold and scheduled him to come out the following morning. He showed up promptly for our appointment time and was very professional. After only about 30 minutes my AC was ice cold once more!! He said it was a simple fix showed me the part he replaced and explained to me how it could have happened. So not only did I get my AC repaired but I got a mini lesson on how it operates. As well he only charged me a nominal fee and never once tried to upsell me on unnecessary items or repairs that I didn't need! I will 100% be recomending them to every person I speak with in need of and HVAC repairs.

This is a 5 star company with a 10 star rating. They are the true definition of customer service in all respects. They went out of their way numerous times to ensure I was taken care of and satisfied with my unit they installed. I have the up-most respect and confidence in this company. If you want the best of the best, I highly recommend Innovative to anyone. I can't say enough good things about them, trust me, give them a call before anyone else, you'll be amazed with their work, knowledge, the service techs and the owner himself. 10+++++

Excellent job by Clayton, Craig and Jordan on replacing my HVAC system! Innovative Mechanical provides quality service and equipment at very reasonable prices. I'm a happy customer with my new Trane system. Fantastic job - I would highly recommend!

Great service, punctual, and very friendly staff but the price for our service was way out of wack. After install, we were quoted $325 + an $89 service fee for the replacement of a capacitor (It's $25 for the exact part) that was installed, and subsequently uninstalled after learning the cost, in less than 45 minutes.

The team at Innovative Mechanical couldn't be better. I have had work done at 3 of my homes, 1 loft and 2 businesses. Every time the work as hit the mark. Chad is always taking things to the next level to make sure I do not only have the best equipment but he makes sure I am setting up for the highest efficiency! I appreciate all the hard work!

Chad and his team did a fantastic job on short notice to repair my AC system. They are thorough, reliable, and the most responsive contractor I have ever worked with. Thanks for the help Chad!

We called on Tuesday to have a dryer vent run for our basement, Trent came on Friday and was done in two hours including a trip to replace the parts since we purchased the wrong ducts. Would highly recommend! Quick and affordable, and he was really easy to deal with.

They installed the hvac system in our basement and my parent's basement. Our pilot light went out and they came by super quick to check it out. I've had nothing but great customer service from all their employees.

What a great service we received today. I emailed innovative over the weekend and megan was quick to respond with time slots for the weekday. Our service technican josh was great! He was prompt and very knowledgeable! He explained everything to me and was quick to provide me different options to fix our issue. Our place is finally cool and we dont have a leak! He even stated that we have a 30 day window for him to come back if we have any concern covered with the cost! Highly recommended will use them again! Josh was not pushy and provided excellent customer service!

Another "professional heating and air company" in the local area quoted me over $11,000 for an entire new system - but that seemed high to me, so I called the guys at Innovative Mechanical and they came out to my home in less than 2 hours to take a look at the problem - which they quickly diagnosed as a leak in the refrigerant line, by doing a system pressure test? (~$299) and then they were able to add more coolant to the system (~$600), plus a few odds and ends, a full system maintenance service and I was back sitting in my perfectly cooled (71 degree) home in less than 5 hours from the time I picked up the phone... oh and all of this only cost me around ONE TENTH of what the other guys were quoting me!!!!!

The absolute worst part of the whole story is that I didn't call Innovative FIRST ---> so I wasted my own time, because certainly Innovative didn't waste a single moment to get to the coldest solution in town :)
