BUYER BEWARE: This company will try and take advantage of you. They will come out and fix or maintain your unit, but they will try to deceive you along the way. Their technician sold me on a tune-up that was actually just part of the maintenance that I was already paying for. Another time, they replaced a part that not only didn't need to be replaced, but did so in an unsafe way that was not up to code and could have started a fire. Lastly, the company tried to trick me into replacing the entire unit pretending their was an issue that didn't exist. They provided fake proof and went on to tell me that it was, by state law, unsafe to operate my HVAC. If you are an existing or future customer of this company, I highly recommend you educate yourself on HVAC systems and question every single action this company takes when they are on your property.

Innovative Mechanical is top-tier all the way! This company has consistently provided outstanding service for my home heating and air conditioning needs. The pricing is market-fair or below and their care is exceptional from start to finish! Cassandra does a phenomenal job of addressing any concerns and schedules appointments accordingly. After being given an initial date and time for my appointment, I did not have to follow up with Cassandra for an earlier opening. As soon as one became available, Cassandra called me to check if it would work well for me and it did! My technician, Jason, was wonderful! I was given a 2-hour window for arrival and he was parked outside of my home at the top (within 15 minutes) of the first hour! Jason was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Once he finished my tuneup, he reviewed with me what had been done and made sure I had a complete understanding with no additional concerns. No extra fees…no hidden costs…just exceptional, quality service. Chad, the owner, is a remarkable leader who excels in helping to make certain that his customers are well taken care of! Initially Innovative replaced two HVAC units for us. We were so pleased with the service that when our hot water heater expired, we had no hesitation in calling them. They recommended and installed a tankless system, which is working great and saving us money!
I can personally attest that Chad, Josh and Craig all know their stuff and are capable of explaining it to the layman. Chad even solved an unrelated issue with our generator while he was here - just to be helpful.

The company I work for was hired by Innovative Mechanical to do the storefront for their warehouse.

We worked long days, and sometimes into the night on this project and he refused to pay us.

Him not paying us put a financial strain on the company that we all felt and he still hasn't paid us. It even delayed our checks in November when we completed the job.

Be careful with Innovative Mechanical and Chad Ferguson.

Love these guys. Use them for all of my HVAC system needs. Very professional and responsive. Had an issue come up with the system, and Chad, the owner, came right over and fixed the problem quickly. Cannot say enough good things about these folks.

Chad and Jacob recently completed a wine cellar renovation project for me. Main issue was poor insulation or lack thereof. They did a fantastic job with closed cell spray foam insulation and installed a new fully ducted Whisperkool system that is keeping my cellar at optimal temperature and humidity. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and these guys don't cut corners and stick with the highest quality materials. Thank you.

I have a maintenance contract with Innovative for my HVAC systems. The customer service is fantastic at all levels. Eric came today and called to let me know when he was on the way (on time) and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly in checking my units. Pricing is fair. Highly recommend!

Eric came by for winter service of our system today, and is of course fantastic. Very helpful, courteous, and friendly. In fact, everyone I've worked with from Innovative Mechanical since we bought our new HVAC system from them a year or two ago, has been super knowledgeable & easy to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Innovative Mechanical has serviced our home twice now, and I feel confident saying they have a life long client. Chad and his team (Cassandra with scheduling & dispatch, Jason with the servicing) checked all the boxes when it came to getting our HVAC system up and running.

I contracted with Innovative Mechanical a few months ago to install 3 HVAC units in my home. They were one of several bids I received from multiple companies. Chad was my point of contact and sales person throughout. From day one to the end of our installation, Chad and his expert installers couldn't have been more professional and responsive. Our installation was a complicated one requiring duct work and total replacement of all three HVACs. As I was new to a gas system, I had endless questions for Chad which he gladly and quickly answered at any time. His installer was quick, efficient, friendly and expert at his technical knowledge. At the beginning of our journey together, Chad presented me with multiple system options for my home ranging from economic to better to best. Given that I wanted my home to have a very controlled humidity, Chad convinced me to purchase a variable speed unit, and I was glad I did. The system was a Trane top of the line -- a bit pricier, but well worth it. It is quiet and very efficient; I never feel too cold or too hot and the best way I can describe the experience is that the home just always feels "comfortable". Nothing blows hard on me, and the home feels good. The state of the art digital WIFI thermostat that came with the system works beautifully and is easy to learn. It's WIFI feature works great, and I have adjusted my units while away when there were changes in outside temperature. Even though this was a complicated install, the whole job took about two days; my home was left spotless and Chad was always there for guidance. I would highly recommend Chad and his team for any HVAC work you may need!
