Chad Ferguson, the owner of Innovative Mechanical LLC, is the gold standard in customer service and satisfaction. I called him with an emergency (no cool in a Georgia summer) and he promised Innovative would be out this evening. He called to let us know a little later that he was on his way. He got here around 8pm, yes Chad himself, fixed our unit and all for a reasonable price. Awesome!! I would definitely recommend Chad and his company! Thank you Innovative!

The owner Chad was so helpful! My AC unit was leaking water to my downstairs neighbor and I needed someone to come by urgently to fix it. Chad himself came by within 20 minutes of my call and fixed it thoroughly and quickly. He was very friendly and even gave me a few filters without charge.

We recently had Innovative Mechanical come to our business to fix our heating and they were amazingly responsive. Our heat went out at 8p in the evening and we received a call from their office at 8am the next morning to get a technician out that day. Really impressed with their prompt service and at a fair price. Thank you Chad and Team!

The CellarPro unit in our wine room was leaking water non-stop. I called Innovative Mechanical based on a Google Search and was so pleased. Megan answered and was helpful and concerned with our situation and then she called me back with a Tech on the way. Craig, the tech arrived within the hour. He was professional, courteous and quickly diagnosed the issue. While the fix could not occur today Craig did the research to determine our unit was under warranty and will work with Cellar Pro for a solution. Innovative Mechanical will be on my list of Go-To Vendors in the future. I could not be more pleased with their quick response.

He really took the time to make sure I understood all aspects of what was going on and what all my options were. Great customer service!! We needed to replace our old AC unit. We shopped around and were very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by this company. Chad offered solutions to some of our air distribution issues that no one had previously mentioned. Our schedule is tight but they were able to work with us and get the install done quickly. The technicians were all professional and left everything nice and clean. They took the time to review things and answer questions before they left. We have already told our friends about them!

Innovative Mechanical saved us!! Josh was great. He was very knowledgable and knew exactly what to do. He found the problem and fixed it in very little time. We have 2 units that are both old and at the end of their life. We've used other HVAC companies in the past but Innovative Mechanical is definitely our go to for service now after today's visit. They were awesome!! They are definitely on deck for when the inevitable happens and the unit(s) need replacing. Thanks again for getting us back up and running.
