I have been using this company for a few years now, because they offer discounts for Cobb County School District teachers. It's kind of pricy, but they do an awesome job with my heating/ac system maintenance. The last person I had, Jason, did an awesome job maintaining our system. The one we had before, Eric, also did an awesome job. Fortunately, I haven't had a major problem with my system since going with this company, so I don't know how well they handle emergencies, but I look at that as a good thing.
update:I take it all I tried to turn on my heat this morning, and now both my air and heat will not turn on. How much do you think they will charge me for coming out here and fixing something that they probably messed up.

Update to the update: they were actually very responsive, they quickly came out and fixed the problem with no extra charge. Turns out one of the fuses going from the HVAC system to the electrical panel somehow shorted out. But they took care of it, and they took care of me. I now have heating and air, and just in time.

On 6/3, Eric came to my residence for a general consultation to make sure that everything was working properly prior to me moving into my new place (first time home owner). He claimed that nothing was wrong and everything was working properly. Additionally, in the invoice of the first visit they did not include details of the first inspection. After a month, I moved in and the AC was not working. Eventually, after a month of tolerating the heat in an effort to save money I gave up and reached back out. On 8/1, Eric came again and discovered that my thermostat was not working. He offered to replace my thermostat along with a service fee of $89.

Innovative Mechanical claims that every time a worker takes a trip to look at your issue you are charged $89. I was under the assumption that the charge was for the consultation. They do not advertise this at all explicitly. They were not open to waiving the charge for the second visit claiming that I was outside of the 30 day window (another policy not advertised). I had to pay for two trips because the job was not done properly the first time. This company has nearly 5 stars in their reviews. I am incredibly disappointed in their customer service and my experience with them.

I own 7 properties in the Atlanta area and these guys are the absolute best I have ever worked with. Cassandra is always on top of emergencies and responds and follows through on her promise. The technicians show up on time and the work is outstanding. I would highly recommend using Innovative Mechanical.

This company was contacted after the heat stopped working...or so I thought. Chad was very prompt in coming out the same day that the company was called. He looked at the unit, which is pretty old and noticed that there was a switch that was off which was causing cold air instead of hot air to blow when the heat was turned on. Chad was very understanding and let me know that if anything happened to the unit then they would be more than happy to come back out and look at the unit. Thank you Chad for being so understanding when it came to looking at the unit and only having to flip one switch!

I use Innovative Mechanical for maintenance and repair of an old system and for new installation of a mini-split system. Their work is outstanding. They gave me a bid for a mini-split system and when they went to do the installation they discovered problems that required additional work. They honored the original price even though it took an extra day of labor to complete the job. They show up when they say they’re going to, they do excellent work and take pride in the service they provide their customers. They are responsive and timely when you have a problem. Innovative Mechanical has an excellent work ethic. They finished a job for me at New Years and instead of taking off for the holiday they showed up to make sure my tenant had heat. I have never had to call them back after they did repairs on the older system. I recommend them highly and will use them again in the future.

Josh from Innovative came out this morning to repair our heating system. This is a GREAT company. He called before he got to our house, he was on time, professional, very friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything he was doing, in such a way, that it made sense, and easy to remember.. He fixed it quickly, and the prices are very very reasonable. He made suggestions on things we can do to make the unit last longer and perform better for us. Give them a call, you and your wallet will be very glad you did!!!

5 Stars for sure. Brandon was great. Very professional. He showed up on time and called about 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived within the promised time frame too. He found the problem quickly and it was fixed quickly. Price was reasonable and up front.

Surprise surprise, AC goes kaput on tail end of summer. Got a rapid response and due to busy period Chad the owner came out himself. He was wonderful and quickly pointed out all the issues and deficiencies. Would use/recommend Innovative Mechanical LLC 110%.

Innovative Mechanical did an outstanding job on a very difficult attic installation for a new AC unit. They provided a high quality product, when others said they had supply issues and wanted to install an inferior product. Chad and his crew were very professional and on time and extremely competitive on price. One month later we lost another AC unit and we hired them again to install yet another difficult attic install. Thank you.

Eric spent nearly all day at my house doing a standard servicing check and then worked outside for hours in the rain doing repairs. He was a pleasure to work with, responsive, on time, always smiling, and he did a great job. I very much recommend him and Innovative!
