Awesome experience with Airforce! Professional and good value. Was able to fix my old AC unit very quickly. Great team to work with - very communicative and helpful. Mike was the best!

The people were very friendly and nice. Although it would have been nice to ask the customer what kind of Freon they had. They don’t carry the kind I have so it was a waste of time. And I still had to pay $85. For nothing. They should ask first before taking the booking and peoples money

I understand a service charge, but a $135 to come to my house and not have a capacitor to fix my unit. And you tell me that there is nothing that they can do for me for 2 days is unacceptable. Going to charge 365.00 For the capacitor that's $20 on Amazon. Not to mention, my unit is under warranty. Technician tells me that $365 is the warranty price.

Our ac went out over the weekend while we were out of town. First thing Monday morning, the service technician was there. He was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He had our unit repaired and cold air blowing within an hour!!! Thank you Mark and Brandon for taking care of us!!

Excellent service call. Technician was personable, professional and knowledgeable .He was courteous of our home and made sure to wipe his feet before entering. He explained what was done and the corrections that were made. Thanks Mark!

The guys were great, my memory isn't so I can't remember their names (they did tell me). Professional, polite, and proficient.They came in and went to work, cleaned up afterwards, then loaded their equipment and off they went! The whole process took about an hour!

Tech was awesome but was charged $210 for them to come out and clean the coils. A bit of predatory pricing going on.
