I’m a first time home owner and landlord and was not happy at all when I found out my AC was out after purchase. I called around and got several quotes, but after working with Jermaine at Cool Air through Costco, I felt completely informed on what I had, what I needed, and how I can make my life easier in the future with my AC. They came out in one day on time. He went above and beyond and took the time to explain what I was getting and how the system worked. He took account of all the little things that could compromise my air quality or the life span of the new system and made sure the installation guys have all the instructions to take care of it, all included. I spoke to him today, got set up, and they’re coming tomorrow first thing to install. The process was easy to finance with the company they partner with, and he even went through the tax benefits and credits I’m eligible for next year. I’m glad I checked out the referral from Costco, and met Jermaine.

I had an upstairs unit replaced - Cool Air was fantastic in all ways...from the sales person, David Scott, to the installer, Jose Rosas. Follow-ups were timely without sales pressure...communication throughout the process was clear and accurate...install day was clean, simple, quick.
I will definitely use Cool Air to update/install my downstairs system as well as for regular servicing.

I've had an extremely positive experience with Cool Air. A few notes:
- I've worked with Nima twice to replace my systems. He is on top of it! Very responsive and customer oriented. I had talked to multiple companies and Nima is by far the best salesperson for HVACs in Atlanta because of his focus on the customer / willingness to jump on the phone to walk through any order.
- My recent install was conducted by ET and Mike. Great experience. Super professional, arrived on time, finished on time, very easy to work with. Had a wonderful experience.

Highly recommended ! can’t thank enough for Winston’s great work. Winston and his team helped replace my 25 years old heating and cooling system. The attic area is narrow and low with very limited visibility. The whole team worked in that small area for one and half days to redo the ducts , replace the furnace, move AC from roof top to ground, and set up zoning system. They worked so hard to get everything just perfect. They are always patient in explaining different options and recommending the best solutions for us . We are very impressed with their high quality service and professionalism! The whole quoting to installation process was smooth and painless.

Richard Martinez was extremely patient and professional. He was expedient in his work and very highly skilled. Great to have someone on your team so attentive to customer needs.
