Long story: Purchased a tankless water heater from Cool-Air with a $900 cash back card for Costco. Installer said the units were pretty good, but could have paid a lot less elsewhere, even considering the $900 cash back card. Unit breaks after 4.5 years, but still under warranty. Call on Sunday and they say it will be $125 for Sunday call. Tech arrives to immediately state that it being Sunday, they can't get parts so no way to fix on Sunday. Could have said that on the phone, but wanted the $125 Sunday call fee. Supposed to replace on Wednesday, but calls Wednesday and said they forgot to order replacement so now it will be Thursday. Five days of no hot water and finally replacement arrives. Takes 2 hours to replace only to have to pay labor charges of $920. Will never use Cool Air again. If you see them in Costco, don't be fooled by Costco's great bargains, as Cool Air is anything but.

Terry the tech is wonderful! He is always very pleasant and professional and he patiently responds to all questions. He works quickly and efficiently and ensures that the system is in good working condition before he leaves.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with their sales consultant JW Brampton. I give him 5 stars across the board. He is very open and professional. His recommendations were right on. He made the process of choosing a new hvac a lot easier. I would highly recommend both he and the company.

I appreciated TECH Jason’s experience. He did some excellent troubleshooting, replaced my A/C capacitor and diagnosed a low pressure gas line problem during routine heater maintenance. Very thorough… left me feeling good about the service, the repairs, and the recommendations about the plumbing problem. Very satisfied with Jason and his work.

Sean O’Shields is a master at his craft. Unlike another big company’s rude tech who couldn’t even tell what kind of system I had, Sean’s cool kindness showed through immediately. He listened carefully to the problem we were having, then took one glance at my system and described what it was, how it works, and the diagnostic steps he would take to figure out what was going wrong. Throughout his time working for us, he was smilingly personable, and ever interested in getting us up and running at the lowest cost he could muster. He did a great job setting expectations and following through, tackling each little hurdle that presented itself with polished skill.

But that’s not all. Christina, who initially took my call and handled my appointments was the picture of patience an professionalism, even the gentleman at Costco gathering leads got us into their pipeline with zero stress or pressure.

My technician William was great. He was very professional and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He arrived on time and cleaned up before leaving. Our sales person, Nima, made the process very easy from beginning to end. He took the necessary time to answer our questions and ultimately found the best solution for our HVAC system. Everything was in-stock and able to be installed within two days. The installation team lead by Mike was great to work with and they took great care to protect our flooring and walls during the project. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience from sales to installation.

Abnel and his sidekick Riley, showed up on time, had all of the specified equipment, were polite, installed the new equipment efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. In fact they were scrupulous about keeping the house clean and protecting the floors and furniture. They even repaired a vent that was rattling with the inv=creased air pressure from the newly installed blower.

Both them independently told me how much they like working for Cool Air.

Ask me in 10 years about the equipment they installed. So far so good.
