It was a pleasure having Juan De La Cruz come to my home on a service call. My furnace had failed two days prior which happened to be very cold days. Upon arrival, Juan introduced himself, put on shoe covers which showed respect for my home, then went straight to work. He proceeded to check out the unit thoroughly, fixed the problem, and explained in great detail what had caused the unit to fail. He further explained that since it was an older unit, what preventive maintenance was needed to help extend the serviceable life; as a reminded he gave me an estimate list which I thought was great to have. He showed great skills, knowledge and love for his profession. He represented himself and his company at a very high level. A true professional indeed, which leads me to believe that he has a very promising future ahead of him. Richard arrived within the expected appointment time interval window and immediately got to the job of finding out the cause of the loud noise coming from my relatively new 4 year old A/C unit. He assessed, diagnosed the problem, replaced the part, and answered all my questions and concerns. He serviced the outside unit and checked the inside utility room A/C portion of the HVAC system He was very thorough and professional throughout this appointment. A 30-year old exhaust fan in our master bathroom stopped working. Master Electrician Frank Miller comprehensively & efficiently troubleshot the system including the venting duct work through the attic to the soffit, which was in good order.
With his help, I was able to find a replacement motor + impeller assembly that I could install myself, thereby eliminating the need to replace the entire unit. The repair went smoothly and economically.

We were in the middle of trying to sell our house when the air conditioning went out. We called to get a quote to repair/replace our unit. A service tech came out told us what was needed, a salesman came out to give us a quote. He told us to call or email him when we decided what we wanted to do. I emailed twice and my husband called once. We were told they needed to order parts. Never heard from again. We contacted another company to help us out.
