Maintenance support was terrible / failed to fix problem. This is a continual occurrence with maintenance . Last year they overcharged the unit with Freon causing a failure in the winter during the coldest temps. Maintenance failures have been ongoing since I purchased the unit. Worst workmanship I have seen in my entire life because the failures are continuous. I eoukygive zero stars if I could. Worst of all. Leadership fails to take steps to fix the poor maintenance work. A failure at all levels of the organization. Be wary about doing business with this company are you will be living with the continual headaches we have experienced,

Scheduling was easy. Received a text the day before narrowing my window which I really appreciated. Morning of received a text with the name and picture of the technician that would be coming. Technician (Enri Jasmin) informed me when he was 45 minutes out. He was on time, explained to me what he was doing, was not aggressive about selling a maintenance plan but informed me. Made some suggestions and was out. I highly recommend Mr.Jasmin and if Cool Air has other technicians like him, I recommend them too!

Our A/C stopped blowing cold yesterday, and the system is less than 3 years old. Thankfully I was able to call first thing this morning and get someone scheduled to come out. They sent a text when the tech, Juan, was on his way. He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He figured out very quickly that it was the capacitor that had gone bad. Quick and easy fix. I also signed up for the maintenance plan to help catch things like this before things get hot.

He completed a thorough inspection for the summer season, explaining everything in detail, answering all the questions I had, and making sure we knew what we needed to keep our system operating optimally.

Excellent experience with Nick. He was punctual, thorough and very clear with his explanation of the problem and possible solution. He was very polite and took every precaution to make sure he didn’t track insulation through the rest of the house. Nick will be my go-to tech from here on out. I would highly recommend him and Cool Air Mechanical.

Troy did an incredibly thorough job of testing our system to support an issue that arose during our 6 month maintenance.

He was able to troubleshoot the entire system to determine the root cause of the problem, and then corrected it immediately.
