Cedric looked up my remaining warranty after confirming that the compressor had definitely died. And then detailed how he arrived at a repair quote. Very pleasant and professional experience.

Mike was great. Went above and beyond on solving my issue and was extremely professional. Based on his work I opted to go with a 6-year maintenance contract. I’ve used a few companies in the past, and while I’ve never had any real issues with the competitors, they never wowed me like this visit did.

My AC condenser fan stopped working on a Sunday night. Called Cool Air Mechanical Monday morning. They responded immediately. Technician Zack Brannen came and assessed the situation. He found the parts needed to fix my AC. Had AC back on within an hour of him getting the parts. KUDOS TO COOL AIR MECHANICAL 😎 👍

The overall experience was good. Technicians were helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, professional. 2 days after our air was installed, it shut off. The technician who came after hours to troubleshoot the issue found it methodically, but quickly, and was able to tell, explain & show me the root cause.

Scheduled a consultation appointment through Costco last week. Scheduling was super easy and they sent a confirmation email with the techs photo prior to the appointment which is such a great idea. I think all vendors should do that. JW was my tech on site. He was very informative and answered all my many question with ease. He was able to explain a very complex system in a way I could understand and was very professional. We haven’t decided if/when we plan to move forward with our project so I’ll plan to write another review after services are provided. For now, 5-stars is for the consultation phase.

Having your A/C cut out in the peak of summer is never fun, but Cool Air has made it as painless as possible. Keith Kinchen has been fantastic - clearly communicating with us and providing a thorough list of options.

Performance was quick with attention to even the smallest details ( examples: house was clean. Explaining and testing everything in front of us)

The three of them were very proud of their work and service that they performed for us.

Jr. Manary was a great experience. Knowledgeable, friendly, willing to share various options that fit my needs. He's a great rep! It is hard to come by people that care and have the social skills necessary to close the sales like he does. He is a keeper. I purchased an entire hvac replacement through him.

Cool Air has outstanding and knowledgeable employees. Terry Hightower has been taking care of our system for years and is and is always professional, on time and responsive.

Very knowledgeable and no pressure sales consultant. Really took the time to explain the different options and recommendation. Installation team was on time, professional and did a great job. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.
