Loved that Mike came earlier than expected since I had no running water in the house till then. He was professional and easy to talk to. He told you what the problem was and what needs to be done. Did the job and now my house has water again.

I requested a quote on a replacement furnace and a/c unit. Alex arrived on time and was very knowledgeable about the Lennox product line and his presentation was very professional. I am seriously considering his quote. I just need a little time of think it over.

The entire process was quick, easy and the team was very professional. Daniel (sales) was polite and respectful of our home. He was very detailed in his quote and shared some advantages of the system we were unaware of. Daniel’s one flaw was that he told us the unit came with a standard thermostat that we could switch to a smart thermostat if we wanted at a later time. That is false. The system operates off of remote controls and an internal thermostat. Kind of bummed about that.

Installation was perfect! Vernon, Fabian, Marcellus and Frank were great!! They showed up on time, did really clean, professional work, were polite, friendly and very professional. When they left they took every bit of trash and scrap with them. I could not have asked for a better install experience!! Thanks to the entire team. Side note: if you buy from this company, ask for Vernon to do the install.. the guy is awesome!

I have had a Cool Air hvac since 2015. This past Wednesday my compressor quit working. Cool Air and Eric were here the next day on the time promised and fixed my machine. Very happy to work with them.

Abinel and his team member were on time., very efficient & professional. Started on time and finished on time. They did a very clean job. They also answered all my questions. Above all, they both had great attitudes. Job well done. I will use cool air products and services again. My kudos to Daniel, the sales manager and Clint Fields who sold me the unit.

Brandon did a great job - on time, straightforward, unobtrusive and quick. Also have to commend the scheduling staff as I added my original appt to the wrong day on my calendar and they were able to reschedule quickly.

Bryan fixed our AC unit on a Saturday after one company came out and told us it would be a 2-4 business days before they could fix it!
He was extremely knowledgeable and quick to repair what needed to be repaired.

We used Cool Air Mechanical and Plumbing for water heater maintenance and had a great experience with Jason Davis. He was professional and helpful. He checked all of our fixtures in the house as well and explained issues we had, what was most important to fix and why and provided us with a quick estimate. We will use Cool Air again!

Our Cool Air salesman was very thorough in his explanation of the different systems and encouraging of us picking what was right for us. He was also careful to assess the right system for our house, not trying to oversell us. We gained a lot of good knowledge about our new system and are now enjoying the results! Great people to do business with for sure!

Ricardo was excellent to work with. He was thorough and examined the units completely and professionally. He answered all my questions regarding maintenance and explained all the options, including a six-year service contract. I will definitely ask that he does our HVAC maintenance in the future.
